Prayer for Poland – Addressed to God

God, Giver of Life, together with my soul, with our entire being, we ask for protection for us, for all viewers, for all those present here. We ask that this prayer encompass us and all neighbors of our country, and also all the authorities of our country, beginning with the smallest ones, that is, municipal authorities, village authorities if such exist in our locality, municipal-district authorities, county authorities, provincial authorities, national authorities — but all levels, hierarchies, all officials, the entire apparatus of power — civil, but also all those services that wear uniforms, God, all structures of authority in our country — we ask that they become beneficiaries of these prayers.

We ask for the same for our neighboring countries, but also many people have lived or live in other lands (not only Poland), at some earlier time, or intend to live in such neighboring or distant lands, therefore we ask for all blessings for them. We invite into this prayer also those lands, as well as the authorities of those lands, the inhabitants of those lands, so that it may also go well for them, just as for us.

We invite and ask, God, for all blessings for the fathers of a given nation, the mothers of a given nation or state, and (if there are any personifications — in Poland we have the White Eagle — and if any of Your healings are required, according to Your will, then let it be done), we also invite similar figures or symbols of other nations, especially neighboring ones, so that no one is omitted in this prayer.

We ask for the opening of all their hearts and our hearts to receive Your gifts, Your graces. I apologize to all our neighbors, together with my soul, with our entire being, on behalf of our nation, to neighbors, beings from neighboring lands that have suffered through my, our, or our country’s negative influence toward them as a result of wars, conflicts, theft — it is known that through centuries things could have been negative there, and indeed they were, because Czechs were plundered by Poles and Poles by Czechs, with Germans — many wars, with Russia the same, with Lithuania, with Ukraine and not only, even with the Swedes Poles fought and Swedes with us — there was a lot of turmoil here — therefore we ask God for the healing of relations also with those lands, with the rulers of those lands, with the inhabitants of those nations, with all energies, beings that lived there, with whom we or our countries could have had any interactions.

We entrust to You, God, for healing the entire population of our lands, our city, state, province, country, as well as neighboring lands — people, animals, plants, God, this entire living and non-living world — we entrust to You so that nothing escapes Your divine control in relations with larger administrative units or between countries or groups of people.

We entrust to You, God, all our — and our country’s — and neighboring countries’ — relations toward You, all cults, both those devoted to You, God, in our country, but also those idolatrous, of which there is an enormous amount in our country and neighboring lands — atheism, agnosticism, but also those idolatrous practices with painful consequences, the effects of all prayers directed by people and their souls not to You but to deities, to various false gods, to intermediaries, God; we ask that You neutralize these negative pressures, negative effects exerted by crowds of people through prayers directed to You so that things happen as deities or gods want, and not as You, God, want.

We entrust to You, God, the entire judiciary in our country, in neighboring countries, the entire system of justice, the entire apparatus of power, parliaments, the highest authorities — whether it be a queen or a president, a prime minister, their counterparts — parliaments and downward the entire apparatus of power, through mayors, governors, presidents of all kinds, down to village heads and beyond, advisory bodies at every level.

We entrust to You, God, for healing our relations abroad, the entire military sphere — all armies, police, all uniformed services, from railway workers, firefighters, police officers, secret services, civil services — also those who wear uniforms we entrust to You — we ask for Your divine guidance for them serving the highest good.

We entrust to You, God, our domestic thieves, as well as those abroad who do the same — who steal individually, in the name of authority, in the name of groups, for themselves or others — various criminals — we entrust them to You and ask for Your divine judgment over them and over us.

We entrust to You, God, all widows, widowers, all single people, all celibates, all those who avoid sexual relations with the opposite sex, fall into deviations, perversions, engage in various strange idolatrous practices — we entrust them all to You.

We entrust to You, God, Giver of Life, the priests of all religions, all priests, monks, hermits of all religions in our country that exist or may exist or have ever existed — we entrust them to You, their relations with us and with You to Your divine regulation. We ask that all this take place under Your divine responsibility — what these people do and the effects of their prayers directed not to You, God, but to deities and false gods, prayers that in essence should never have been spoken — we entrust them to You so that they do not come to pass.

We declare collective opposition to the fulfillment of any idolatrous prayers within our city, municipality, county, province, country and also in foreign lands.

We ask for the silencing of this, so that by the power of Your love and Your reason, that which is idolatrous and leads to destruction — even if it is someone’s prayer — may not be fulfilled due to its harmful consequences, while the evaluation of the background and consequences we entrust to You.

We entrust to You, God, the finances of our country — all tax offices, the tax system — we ask that You take full control over this entire financial administration so that the collection of funds by the state treasury is effective, honest, logical, and just in Your divine understanding. We ask the same for foreign nations in all dimensions of existence.

We entrust to You, God, all the sick, that through turning directly to You — without intermediaries — You may heal what medical services cannot, due to lack of knowledge, handle or heal. We also ask for correction of medical systems, including financing, both in our country and abroad.

God, Giver of Life, we officially invite You here to Poland and to foreign lands. We are aware that You are everywhere, but we ask You to mark Your presence here and in neighboring countries, because we are aware that over centuries we or others may have invited someone else instead of You — for which we apologize.

We ask that from now on You act in our country and neighboring countries so that Your presence manifests as You wish. Bless us with Your presence — our families, children, communities, our entire country and all neighboring lands, and all nations of the world.

Open our hearts and the hearts of others to express Your love and Your will here and now, where we are. Show us the path to You so that Your will may manifest in our families, relationships, and communities.

We ask for peace on Earth and apologize to all nations, even distant ones such as the United States, China and others, for our aggression, for wars — including sending Polish soldiers abroad. We question the purpose of such wars and ask for normalization and healing of relations.

We ask for Your divine judgment over us and over authorities that send people to war.

Bless our nation and neighboring nations so that they act for the highest good.

We entrust to You producers of alcohol, drugs, substances, and those promoting them. We ask for correction of destructive ideas.

We ask for sobriety of mind for the nation and authorities, for honesty, for the removal of corruption and deception.

We entrust all corruption and its consequences to You so that justice occurs in Your understanding, not through our hands.

We entrust to You also the food systems, the ecology of Earth, pollution affecting nature, and ask for proper relations between humanity and nature.

We ask for awakening of love beyond borders, forgiveness, grace, and correction of destructive tendencies.

Remove from us and others all chains, enslavements, destructive agreements — spoken or written.

Extinguish propaganda of falsehood, idolatry, violence, addiction.

We do not know how this transformation should occur in Your understanding, but we ask that it be done.

We entrust to Your divine judgment all who oppose positive changes — visible and invisible — and ask that everything happen according to Your will.

We entrust ourselves, our nation, neighboring nations, all authorities and lands to Your care and control forever, so that Your will may be present not only in heaven but also on Earth.
