Please, God, open my heart.

Together with my Soul and my entire being, we surrender to You, God, all those who treated me with indifference, with a shrug of the shoulders, with contempt, with disregard, with ignorance; who did not take me into account, overlooked me, looked down on me, treated me condescendingly; who opposed us, stood against us, resisted us, denied us our rightness, disagreed with me, condemned me, disparaged me, opposed me, rejected me, despised me. May they depart in peace and love; from this moment on, we are all free.

I have forgiven myself completely for allowing others to treat me with indifference, with a shrug of the shoulders, and so on; and I have forgiven them all for treating me in this way.

I am grateful to God, Creative Love, for freeing me from fear of those who treated me with indifference, with a shrug of the shoulders, and so on, and from the shame I experienced because of it.

Together with my Soul and my entire being, we surrender to You, God, all those who sent me away empty-handed, dismissed me with nothing, rejected me, cast me aside, thumbed their noses at me, expressed dislike, vetoed me, disqualified me, considered me worthless, treated me dismissively, held me in utter disregard, failed to take me into account, renounced me. May they depart in peace and love; from this moment on, we are all free.

I have forgiven myself completely for allowing others to send me away empty-handed, dismiss me with nothing, and so on; and I have forgiven them all for treating me in this way.

Together with my Soul and my entire being, we surrender to You, God, all those who remained deaf to my words, let my words go in one ear and out the other, showed no interest in what I was saying, rebelled against my words, closed their ears to my words, attached no importance to my words, and were disobedient to my words. May they depart in peace and love; from this moment on, we are all free.

I have forgiven myself completely for allowing others to remain deaf to my words, to ignore my words, and so on; and I have forgiven them all for treating me in this way.

I am grateful to God, Creative Love, for freeing me from fear of those who remained deaf to my words, and so on, and from the shame I experienced because of it.

Together with my Soul and my entire being, we surrender to You, God, all those who trivialized me, mocked me, did not care about me, ignored me, paid no attention to me, brushed me off, were unconcerned with me, overlooked me, did not take me into consideration, gave up on me, dismissed me, judged me unfairly, did not respect me, valued me little, rejected me, showed contempt for me, humiliated me, disregarded my opinion, diminished my value, and belittled us. May they depart in peace and love; from this moment on, we are all free.

I have forgiven myself completely for allowing others to trivialize me, mock me, and so on; and I have forgiven them all for treating me in this way.

I am grateful to God, Creative Love, for freeing me from fear of those who trivialized me, mocked me, and so on, and from the shame I experienced because of it.

Together with my Soul and my entire being, we surrender to You, God, all those who ridiculed me, laughed at me, disregarded me, treated me contemptuously, treated me as a doormat, as refuse, as a worthless person, pushed me around, removed me, showed no respect for me, insulted me, treated me badly, denied me the right to speak, and denied me the right to live. May they depart in peace and love; from this moment on, we are all free.

I have forgiven myself completely for allowing others to ridicule me, laugh at me, and so on; and I have forgiven them all for treating me in this way.

I am grateful to God, Creative Love, for freeing me from fear of those who ridiculed me, laughed at me, and so on, and from the shame I experienced because of it.

Together with my Soul and my entire being, we surrender to You, God, all those who denied us or would not allow us independence, self-determination, sovereign existence, autonomy, self-reliance, self-government, self-sufficiency, freedom, sovereignty, and liberty. May they depart in peace and love; from this moment on, we are all free.

I have forgiven myself completely for allowing others to deny us or prevent us from having independence, and so on; and I have forgiven them all for treating me in this way.

I am grateful to God, Creative Love, for freeing me from fear of those who denied us or prevented us from having independence, and so on, and from the shame I experienced because of it.
