The Core of the Heart. An Exercise

In a visualization, I approach my own heart.

I open the door to its interior.

I look around and examine everything that is visible.

Every thing, every object, everything that I encounter in the heart is an understandable symbol for me.

What is old and unnecessary, I remove beyond the boundaries of the heart, beyond my life.

I approach the centre of the heart. Its core is there.

The core is luminous; it is built of light; it is Light.

The core has the form of a human being. The being shines with a strong light; it is entirely Light.

I remember this being perfectly.

I feel its energy, its vibrations.

I know that this being does not have to be limited in its activity to the inner space of my own heart.

I approach the being, take it by the hand and lead it so that its activity may also encompass everything that lies beyond my heart—my entire life in all its aspects.

I ask for lasting support in all my actions, in my words and in my thoughts.

I allow God, the Creative Power of Love, that core of my heart and of my life, to fulfil His plan of action through my entire heart from now on, and to express Himself through all my actions, through all my thoughts and my words.

For three weeks I have been reading the prayer “Using the Heart,” and for several days I have also been working with the exercise “The Core of the Heart.” Yesterday, in the early morning after the exercise, for the first time in my life, for one second I had such a great, wonderful feeling in my heart :D—something so marvellous that it cannot be described; nothing compares with it…
