Clairvoyance – How to Practice It?
Małgorzata,
Our own, and through us other people’s, among other things, believing, promoting, and making use of the idea that if I am able to imagine someone I know, then it means I am clairvoyantly seeing their Soul, and if, in addition, that imagined image begins to speak, then it means I am clairaudient as well; and our own, and through us other people’s, following such an idea, practicing such imaginings and visualizations as a method of developing the ability of astral seeing/hearing…
Konrad, do you have any idea how to expand this? Do you have trouble imagining someone or something?
According to Sławek, what I wrote in this Intention is actually seeing and hearing the astral.
Konrad,
Yes, I have that problem too. It seems to me that in our case it is forced rather than natural. I can see anything, even delusions. Or simply, if I do see something, it passes through my imagination. In other words, I assign some image to it.
Małgorzata, 10:53
For me it is rather remembering what someone looks like than bringing up their image, let alone holding that image for even two seconds—that is already beyond my reach.
So perhaps we could add to the Intention the text: „Our own creating of various fabrications and fantasies in our minds while believing that we are clairvoyantly seeing.”
Konrad, 10:56
Or perhaps it is our own blockage, or someone else’s blockage, preventing us from seeing the truth.
Małgorzata, 10:58
Exactly. A person who truly has clairvoyance probably has no doubt that what they see is not their own fantasy.
Actually, I don’t know—we would have to ask.
Konrad, 10:59
There may be some kind of filter involved, but that is another subject. In our case, it is something different.
Małgorzata, 11:00
For example, I wonder whether Karolina, to some extent, interprets her visions as something similar to highly developed imagination.
Karolina, 11:00
Clairvoyance is like watching a film—I see everything in detail. Imagination comes from thoughts and the mind; seeing simply appears.
Małgorzata, 11:02
So the difference is that imagination requires effort, while clairvoyance is effortless?
What I mean is that Sławek said that if I can imagine someone I know, and if that imagined image one day starts speaking, then it means I see and hear, and that I should practice those abilities in this way. But something about that doesn’t seem right to me.
Konrad, 11:04
Perhaps it simply results from a blockage of the Soul, so we are trying to do it through effort. I doubt that the Soul itself would be unable to perceive clairvoyantly and pass that ability on to us. Perhaps we are aware that something is wrong with our seeing so that we do not start talking nonsense. And the blockage really is there.
Małgorzata, 11:09
So we could also add:
„Our own struggling with our head, mind, and brain in order to shape an imagined image within our minds; then trying to make that image seem real; then trying to hold on to that image; and, as the next step, trying to hear whether that imagined image has any sounds or whether any auditory message comes from it.”
Konrad, 11:11
Struggling with those who block our clairvoyance, including struggling with our own Soul, our own being—with the opposition that blocks clairvoyance.
Karolina, 11:11
Yes, imagination requires effort, whereas clairvoyance is effortless.
Konrad, 11:18
In any case, perhaps after these Intentions we will learn something.
Małgorzata, 16:57
Remembering what someone looks like and being able to imagine them are, for me, two completely different things.
Sławek, 16:58
Every person speaks with someone from the astral; complains to them, threatens them, says kind words to them. And everyone does it spontaneously, even children. That is clairvoyance.

Agnieszka,
From what I see, clairvoyance comes spontaneously. Even when we state what we want to see, there is no effort involved, and we never know what will appear, or how and what the soul will say. The vision is seen in motion; there is action, but it is spontaneous and unpredictable. Imagination, on the other hand, arises from the mind, thoughts, and will. It involves mental effort and the deliberate attempt to create or recreate what we want to see.
Małgorzata,
So, theoretically, there is a risk that someone may begin visualizing things and become a master at imagining images, yet it will have nothing to do with clairvoyance? Hmm… then it would lead into delusions.
Agnieszka,
To this day I still visualize scenes by using the power of my mind and emotions. Sometimes it works better, sometimes worse, and these are not delusions but conscious work with imagination. In visions, however, everything happens by itself, and I never know what will appear. For example, yesterday during clairvoyance I wrote to someone that somebody was cracking eggs over his head, and a moment later he replied that his wife had just made breakfast with eggs. The vision came on its own.
Ela,
Very little is said about clairsentience. In that case it is probably the most difficult area in which to have delusions, unless there is some kind of possession. Once I was walking through a forest and suddenly my hands clenched and became stiff. I had no idea why. A moment later, two moose and either a wolf or a German Shepherd ran behind my back.
Agnieszka,
During bioenergy therapy classes we worked with clairsentience. Very few people there could actually see, but over time everyone developed clairsentience.
Ela,
Very few people call it clairsentience. They usually refer to it as a particular sensitivity and the like. Society is much more accepting of developing such abilities. As for me, I have an inner resistance to clairaudience—for me it feels like delusions.
Agnieszka,
Clairsentience is sensitivity, hypersensitivity to perceiving what is not visible to the naked eye. It is good to pay close attention to your thoughts and feelings. So-called intuition is often a single detached thought that immediately disappears, which is why I try to write it down.
Ela,
You are right, Gosia, but if someone truly wants to develop this ability, then somehow that seeing has to be awakened, the blockages have to be broken, and one has to find one’s own language of seeing. In my opinion, without work there are no results. It is just like any other talent—the Soul may already have the experience, but in the material world it still has to be worked through.
