Regressing—it is worth engaging in it.

Let us assume that our little human Souls are God’s beloved children. Regressing, which gives us information about the past, appears as great proof of divine love for the human Soul. The knowledge that comes through this therapy is an extraordinary comforting of the Soul that once went astray into the material environment and today may become aware of its own entanglements. Every being may recognise its path of downfall and, through prayer, obtain knowledge about the way in which it may once again become filled with light.

The author of the method conducts inspiring classes. I have only one comment for those interested—first prepare yourselves through prayers. Patterns of illness, prostitution or the karma of a warrior will not be revealed and will not disappear by themselves. I asked for information and the possibility of obtaining it for 6 long years, making every possible mistake in the technique. I did not know how to pray constructively, I did not know what I could ask God for.

Many people come to the classes without preparation through prayers—that is, without the Soul being open to accepting changes. Later, many also live from one session to the next, expecting that they will sort everything out there, and once again they do not break down their limitations at home through prayers. This creates reluctance towards the therapy, and sometimes even the creator of the technique or God Himself is indicated as being to blame.

Mr Leszek Żądło, in accordance with Huna terminology, calls the Soul the subconscious. In my opinion, the Soul is the Soul and should be described as such.

He describes Regressing in the following way.

I have encountered the view that Regressing is a therapy for failures. Yet people who develop spiritually are certainly not failures, and therefore “have no problems”.

Is a minor failure a problem? And a series of failures? And perhaps a constant lack of money is not a problem either? And dissatisfaction, poor well-being, illnesses? Are these not problems either?

And suffering—is it a problem? Or perhaps it is the price of success?

Many people believe that if they are not yet dying and are somehow able to make ends meet, then nothing unusual is happening. I once thought the same way: “I am suffering, but that is nothing unusual. I will suffer a little longer. After all, I am strong! I will manage! I am ill—after all, that is normal. Everyone gets ill.” And when I was convinced of this, it seemed to me that one simply had to live “somehow”. And I lived “somehow” until it began to seem to me that none of it made the slightest sense. At the age of 26, I thought that I would “carry on” for no more than a year and then this nightmare would end. No, I did not want to commit suicide. I was counting on a normal death caused by the “forces of nature”, which would certainly be unable to cope with my illnesses and suffering.

At the time, I did not know that what made no sense were my beliefs and ideas about life.

But “something” must have been watching over me, because in a final impulse of self-defence and unfounded hope, I decided to turn to secret knowledge and alternative medicine.

After several years of this incredible adventure, during which I encountered many methods, both effective and senseless, I came across rebirthing. I knew that it was something for me. I knew that now, when so much had already changed for the better in my life, I needed something that would cleanse me, heal my subconscious and help me harmonise myself. For several years I was fascinated by rebirthing. I could breathe consciously for several hours a day and I felt happy.

After some time, however, I noticed that my positive attitude and state of happiness bore no relation whatsoever to what I was actually succeeding in achieving. I also noticed that during rebirthing sessions certain people reached the same point every time and were unable to go any further. This gave me the idea of experimenting with regression.

During another session, when my friend once again reached a pain that he could not release, I suggested that he return in his memory to the moment when that pain first appeared. As a result, he curled up even more tightly, and a moment later straightened out with a distinct feeling of relief. Later he said that he had died in a war and that the pain was intended to remind him to remain a pacifist.

Further experiments with regression were also encouraging. After several months, a new method emerged from them—Regressing®.

Regressing® is an original method belonging to the group of regression therapies, whose effectiveness is recognised by an increasing number of psychotherapy experts. It is both a regression and reincarnation therapy. It combines the advantages of both.

Regression therapies, including reincarnation therapies, prove effective in many cases in which traditional medicine and psychotherapy are helpless. It turns out that many illnesses have psychological conditions whose causes are rooted even in previous incarnations.

When developing the methodology of Regressing, I used elements of other regression and reincarnation therapy methods that had been practised in the USA and later in Europe since the 1960s, as well as the much older Buddhist practice of uprooting meditation. This resulted in an original method which differs in several important respects from what other reincarnation or regression therapies offer. Above all, it approaches hypnosis and altered states of consciousness differently, treating them as obstacles in life and development. Other therapies sometimes have a completely uncritical attitude towards parapsychological, narcotic or psychotropic experiments and pay no attention to their harmfulness or karmic consequences. Only Regressing® possesses a methodology that makes it possible to remove the consequences of such experiments permanently, although even this method is not 100% effective. The effectiveness of every method depends on cooperation between the client and the therapist, but above all on the client’s intentions towards themselves and their health.

Regressing is an effective method supporting healing, psychotherapy and the resolution of “unsolvable” problems, but above all it is a spiritual practice.

Regressing uses the phenomenon of entering a regressive state, meaning the return of consciousness to events from the past, for example early childhood, the prenatal phase of life or previous incarnations. It consists in moving backwards through memory from the consequences to their cause. This takes place in a slightly altered state of consciousness, a shallow meditation, without the use of hypnosis. The client remains aware of what is happening to them.

Regressing cannot be used against the client’s will, because then it will produce no results. The best results are achieved by clients who cooperate with the therapist and independently use supporting techniques.

To gain as much benefit as possible from a session, one should be prepared for it. Preparation consists in reading several books discussing the method, as well as considering whether one actually wants to solve one’s problem. If one merely wants to tell someone about it in order to receive attention, then choosing Regressing proves to be the worst idea one could have had.

As part of the preparation, it is also worth accepting the possibility of remembering previous incarnations. A possibility, not a necessity! It happens that people come to a therapist only to “see who they were in a previous incarnation”. This is an unwise idea, because their problems do not always originate in previous incarnations. Regressing is not a tour through the “Akashic records”, but a therapy. Therefore, when people come with such an attitude, they are usually disappointed with the results.

The purpose of Regressing is to free us from negative programmes contaminating our minds, whereas visions of previous incarnations are an addition that sometimes helps the therapy and sometimes makes the therapy more difficult. An experienced regressor knows how to deal with them.

Regressing heals because it uses a mechanism that makes it possible to reach the original causes of illnesses, fears and stress and to free oneself from them. Its action may be compared to homeopathic medicines, which, by supplying the organism with a small amount of poison, awaken a person’s natural healing forces. Thus Regressing, by supplying a small amount of psychological poison, mobilises the mind to heal. And when the mind is healthy, the body does not become ill.

This principle is often not understood by people who try to think positively and focus their attention on positive things while avoiding all negativity. As a result, they merely avoid solving their problems, particularly when their ideas about what is best are unhealthy.

It is worth mentioning here that, for example, Swami Rama emphasised in his teachings that people must learn to distinguish what is pleasant from what is good.

It is worth taking into account that what is pleasant does not necessarily have to be good, such as drinking alcohol, using drugs, aphrodisiacs, sweets or escaping into sleep. But what is good is certainly also pleasant!

Subconsciously, what seems best to us may be suffering, or avoiding it, serving, patriotism, renunciation, poverty or restricting ourselves. It may also appear to be magic, trance, hypnosis, telepathy, the only correct religion—MINE!—connections with a guru or Tchibo coffee. Everything depends on the subconscious programme. False ideas can easily be identified by referring to Regressing. When we become aware that our ideas are not love at all, then, while in a shallow state of meditation, we reject them as false! This happens automatically—more at the subconscious than the conscious level. Therefore, the change caused by awareness is profound.

During a Regressing session, releasing takes place. It consists in looking at a past stressful or disease-causing situation from a distance. The distance results from the fact that a great deal of time has passed since the event occurred, during which we acquired many new experiences and learned to deal with various situations. Liberation works more quickly when we have previously opened ourselves to true love or to God’s help, care and protection. It also results from the fact that remembering takes place in a shallow meditative state, which makes it possible to perceive a context of which we were unaware when the stressful or shocking event occurred. Thanks to this, we discover what guided us when we made decisions and we may let go of and release the emotions accompanying the event and the decisions that we made in a state of consciousness restricted by emotions.

Our conscious mind remembers only 10% of the information we encounter. We do not know what happens to the remaining mass of information. Psychologists suspect that it is not neutral either to our health or to our functioning in the world.

Regressing makes it possible to reach part of that 90% of information connected with various events—information that we ignored, repressed or processed as though in a distorting mirror. When we look at it in a state of meditation, it begins to assume its proper dimensions. What seemed terrifying turns out to be insignificant. What we blamed others for turns out to be the result of our provocations. And what we felt guilty about turns out to have been imposed upon us by people who, although they wanted what was good for us, did not have pure intentions towards us. Alleged love may reveal itself as a lie, attachment or blindness. And the concern of parents that irritates us may not result from love at all, but from fear and a lack of positive ideas about life.

It is precisely such effects of becoming aware of the truth that arouse terror in many people. But the truth is that we will never forgive until we understand! And until we forgive, we are unable to enjoy health and life. We will never develop spiritually until we open our eyes to TRUTH and REALITY, until we look at the world and ourselves soberly and consciously! Contrary to appearances, Regressing makes it possible to discover love where we previously did not notice it. But this happens at the price of noticing falsehood where we wanted to see love and pure intentions!

Releasing should be combined with forgiving ourselves and others, because holding on to resentment only inhibits us and does not allow us to move forward. Thanks to releasing, forgiveness becomes much easier. In addition, a new and better programme should be introduced in place of the released programme through affirmations or visualisation. Otherwise, the negative programme will return to its place, at least partially.

Only false ideas and programmes for whose release the subconscious is prepared are released. Love and truth cannot be released, whereas it is difficult to rid oneself in this way of views and emotions whose special correctness and value we are consciously and unconsciously convinced of. Even when they have nothing whatsoever to do with love, wisdom, beauty, harmony, happiness or other aspects of divinity!

The introduced changes must be consolidated. This means that our subconscious should be comprehensively convinced of their attractiveness and correctness. The client should develop the belief and image that life will now be better and more pleasant for them. They must see and appreciate the benefits resulting from the changes. After all, this is one of the principles of effective healing! And they must remember that no one will relieve them of this part of the work, and no therapist will do it for them.

Often during a session, a client freed themselves from an ailment from which they had suffered for several years. Liberation occurred at the moment when they understood that in a particular place in the body they had been holding resentment towards someone or towards themselves. Most often, such chronic conditions are connected with guilt or a desire for revenge and are stored in order to remind the person about them. The memory of pain or humiliation may serve to make us avoid unpleasant situations or prevent us from forgetting about punishment. This motivation is the worst and at the same time the most difficult to release, yet it is precisely this motivation that determines our most dangerous illnesses.

Often, after the very first session, the symptoms become milder until they disappear completely. However, if after a session whose subject is healing we do not deal with forgiveness, the symptoms will return in an intensified form.

One can and should prepare for a healing session.

Louise L. Hay’s book You Can Heal Your Life contains a list of illnesses and their probable causes, together with affirmations that help in releasing them. By reading it, anyone may discover the causes of their illnesses with 95% probability and find examples of healing affirmations. By using them, one may return to health. And indeed, many people have succeeded. If healing were so simple in every case, Regressing would not be necessary. Yet it proves useful. In the case of chronic or karmic illnesses, the best healing results are provided by Regressing combined with appropriate affirmations.

It is good to undergo the first sessions with a professional regressor or during group classes under the supervision of a leader. For a group session, we form pairs. The client lies down with their legs bent at the knees and breathes deeply into the upper parts of the lungs, thanks to which they enter a regressive state or at least cleanse the energetic channels.

The therapy consists in consciously returning to past experiences in order to see what guided us when our problems began. If the session concerns previous incarnations, we follow events that still have a great influence upon us now. The ultimate purpose of all this is liberation, cleansing karma and introducing positive programmes into our subconscious.

Apart from liberation from limitations, during a Regressing session it sometimes happens that we remember when we were able to do something that we cannot do now. We immediately remember how it works and, by freeing ourselves from the decision to renounce or deny our abilities or skills, we begin to use them without special courses or exercises. In this way, a talent and its expression may be unblocked, or one may be freed from guilt and a sense of unfulfilment resulting from a lack of talent.

The most interesting aspect of Regressing appears to be the liberation of parapsychological abilities. This may take place after only a few sessions, when, for example, clairvoyance reveals itself.

Regressing may also be useful in creation. It has been noticed that methods of mental creation cannot be used to create something that is inconsistent with one’s system of values.

And what then?

Some people suggest accepting the “facts” and abandoning the realisation of one’s goals and dreams. I, however, believe that it is worth abandoning only an incorrect system of values. It should be changed into one that corresponds more closely with reality. But to accomplish such a feat, one must have courage, determination and self-confidence, and above all awareness of intuitive guidance in the best direction.

When first encountering Regressing, many people were convinced that something was wrong with them because they were unsuccessful. Thanks to the sessions, they became aware that they themselves were all right, but their system of values—their wisdom about life, goals, ethics and so on—was not worth a damn.

There are people who are afraid of methods such as Regressing and discourage others from using them. Meanwhile, Regressing® makes victory possible. Victory over illness, limitations and resignation. No one has ever succeeded in achieving victory by avoiding a challenge.

By using Regressing, many people have not only improved their health. Many of them earn considerably more, have regained a sense of meaning in life and, at the same time, a sense of liberation. Many have understood the meaning of life and discovered the goals of spiritual development.

For those who wish to use Regressing, also useful for those interested in other therapies.

Regressing is a method of spiritual development and of supporting self-psychotherapy. For this reason, one should be properly prepared before undergoing the first sessions.

PREPARATION BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION:

  1. Read the books The Key to the Mysteries of the Mind—Regressing in Practice or The Guide to Spiritual Development, preferably both!
  2. Agree to write affirmations and begin doing so,
  3. Set aside time for daily work on yourself,
  4. Affirm that you are safe with your memories,
  5. Prepare yourself to cooperate within a group and with the regressor in accordance with the recommendations contained in the books.

After the first session, people often feel “stirred up” and “left to themselves”, therefore:

  1. Follow the leader’s recommendations, and if they did not give you any, ask them for guidance,
  2. Write affirmations that will allow you to cope with your negative feelings,
  3. Work on yourself independently and every day through meditation and affirmations,
  4. Do not begrudge the time and money for further sessions and consultations with a Regressing specialist.
  5. You should decide to undergo at least three sessions!

If you do not accept the above recommendations, you should withdraw immediately!

Withdraw also when:

  1. You have no intention whatsoever of cooperating with the therapist and following their recommendations,
  2. You were sent to the session by family or acquaintances so that you would solve a problem that you do not notice, or in order to spy
  3. You want to prove that the method is harmful, in which case it will certainly harm you!
  4. Your religious worldview does not allow you to accept the memory of previous incarnations.
  5. You are looking for someone who will miraculously put your mind in order without your participation.

If, despite everything, you have decided to take part in a session, use group classes or an individual session conducted by a competent regressor.
