Jesus in the 21st Century – A Knowledge Test

1) Jesus had no wife and lived without sexual relations. Only one of the apocryphal writings mentions Mary Magdalene as His undisclosed wife.

2) During the Eucharistic consecration, the priest pours approximately one teaspoon of wine into the chalice, which, after his prayer, God Himself transforms into the Blood of Christ.

Estimate the total daily consumption of the fresh Blood of Christ on Earth.

– 100 liters of the Blood of Christ.
– More than 1,000 liters of the Blood of Christ.
– More than 10,000 liters of the Blood of Christ.

3) The text of the Second Commandment of the Decalogue has remained unchanged because it was given by God on the so-called Tablets of Moses and reads as follows:

Correct answer:

Question Two

Correct answer:

Every day, 420,000 priests drink the Blood of Christ, as they alone are authorized to ask for the transformation and then to drink that Blood. It should be understood that each priest has individually asked God to perform this transformation and, in the spiritual sense, drinks not wine but Blood. Otherwise, if God did not answer each individual request, drinking wine as Blood would be nothing more than an empty ritual.

Therefore, the estimated daily consumption of the fresh Blood by all priests amounts to approximately 30,000 liters. On a yearly basis, the mystical and physical consumption of this Blood amounts to at least 7,500,000 liters.

The correct answer is indicated, among other places, in the comparison of several different versions of the Decalogue Link promoted by various religious groups and sects.

The quoted version of the Second Commandment, „You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain,” is only about 100 years old. According to the text, it was introduced in 1917 at the direction of Popes Pius X and Benedict XV through the so-called „Catechism of Cardinal Gasparri.” Link„
