I AM – Is Not at All What They Say It Is
I AM is God in my actions.
I AM is the mighty energy that burns away every limitation and every weakness.
I rejoice in the presence of I AM in my life.
I AM is the victorious intelligence governing my life.
I AM is the invincible energy surrounding me.
I AM protects and guides me so that I am always safe.
I AM is the perfection manifested in my body.
I AM is here and now, always and everywhere.
I AM acts instantly.
I AM looks at the world through my eyes.
I AM listens through my ears.
I AM is the door that no human being can shut.
I received a larger collection of similar affirmations from several people at the same time, together with an explanatory background. They were unlike any affirmations or writings I had previously encountered, not even those of Edgar Cayce. Out of curiosity, I immediately began repeating a few of these statements and ideas.
After about a day, my subconscious asked me, “What new god have you discovered this time?”
I immediately stopped using those affirmations.
Another person, who was especially eager to provide me with these texts, added that their author had been appointed as the successor of Jesus, our next Spiritual Guardian in the Age of Aquarius. When I suggested that, sitting together on this couch, we could just as easily agree on tomorrow’s lunch rather than decide who our future Spiritual Guardian would be, she accepted my remark.
Only a week later, she was taken to a psychiatric hospital at public expense, displaying all the symptoms of possession. She had also been following instructions she had read about telepathically tuning herself to God and Divine Love while bypassing both the heart and the crown chakra.
According to the literature she trusted, she was receiving from heaven (the astral realm) a healing team of Mayans working on her recovery.
These affirmations became valuable to me only after I replaced the controversial expression “I AM” with the clear and safe word Love. Then their beauty and value became fully apparent.
Love is God in my actions.

Love protects and guides me so that I am always safe.

Let us look at this from yet another perspective.
Somewhere I found the affirmation:
“I AM illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.”
Let us make this the starting point of this essay. Now let us replace I AM with the name of any well-known deity.
Perun illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Athena illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Zeus illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
YHWH illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Allah illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Buddha illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Shiva illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Krishna illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
I AM illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Svarozhich illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Kali illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Mary illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Horus illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Aten illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
Let us absorb this entire comparison.
Let us repeat all these affirmations together for just a brief moment, sensing the combined energy and power they are said to contain.
When I was born, with the amniotic waters already gone, I was pushed into the world—through both my own suffering and my mother’s pain—to begin an independent life. At the moment of birth, at the very beginning of life, we receive pure light, unlimited energy. Yet from my mother at that moment I did not receive what she could have given me without limitation—Love.
Entering this new life, I received pain and suffering, and through that I came to understand the power attributed to the affirmations above. The same may be true for those born with the umbilical cord wrapped around their neck or those whose births were accompanied by complications.
I wondered what my birth—and my life—might have been like if I had once believed that only Love illuminates the life of every being when it comes into the world.
What would my birth and my life have been like if I had believed that Love and Light accompanied me always and everywhere, even during birth? Love—not gods. Love—not belief in one god or another.
I worshipped many of the gods listed above. For several of them I offered prayers before their altars.
None of them helped me during my birth.
None of them sent me light.
None of them told me what to do or how to surrender to nature at that moment.
None of them supported me with their love while my mother, through pain, was bringing me into the manifested world so that I might experience the fact that I exist.
Love is God. God is Love.
Throughout our journey through time, we absorbed knowledge about gods, deities and idols.
We forgot that Love is God.
We forgot that the title God was given to Love because of its infallibility, its omnipotence and its omnipresence.
Once Love came to be called God, knowledge about Love itself faded, and the era of gods began—living, all-powerful gods claiming for themselves the right to be God, even to be the very Creative Power of Love.
Those gods, supported from the astral realm by spirits and immaterial beings, completed the confusion.
Now let us look at several affirmations that, during channeling meetings in the United States, are said to be generously transmitted by Saint Germain and Saint Martin:
I AM the Dominant Presence that forever maintains control over my mind and body.
I AM the Master Presence that controls and always triumphs.
I AM the greatest Authority, God in Action.
I AM the master of my world. I AM the victorious intelligence that governs it.
At one time I was astonished by what seemed to me the helplessness and powerlessness of the Creative Power of Love.
In Germany, for example, Horus, presented as a conscious being, sells glowing pink pyramids in three different sizes.
How is it possible that Love has nothing better or less expensive to offer us?
How is it possible that I have to spend large amounts of money to bathe my world in the pink color associated with Love—preferably through the Pyramid of Horus?
Is this another astral entrepreneur, or perhaps a messenger of Love making a fortune by distributing it?
Once I go into debt, my world will become pink.
But what about inner transformation?
What about reconciliation?
What about patterns, intentions and forgiveness?
Will placing a small pyramid on a shelf be enough?
Or perhaps all I need is to wear a particular ring® on my finger and hang a devotional medallion over my heart?
Perhaps Love must be spoken about in a foreign language that no one understands.
Perhaps one must first consume something, smoke something, or travel to receive someone’s blessing.
How does it really work—and at what price?
How is it that Love has nothing to offer us freely, nothing capable of transforming our vibration into one like its own?
Perhaps there is a spell.
Perhaps there is a word.
Perhaps that word is I AM.
Or perhaps the word is Love.
Whenever we lack I AM, we can always call upon I AM.
When we lack money, we can call upon Love, I AM, or various gods for help.
When our health is failing, we can call upon Love or all the gods for help.
When Love is lacking, we can also call upon Love, or I AM, or all the other gods.
It was supposed to be about prosperity.
Let us look at a few affirmations concerning money.
I allow God to free me from the barriers and obstacles that have determined how much…
I realize that since God gives money and wealth to other people, and they are safe with it, then the same God gives me money and wealth, and I too am safe with them, just like other people. Becoming wealthy through Love and through God is always safe and easy. I am open and ready to live in a wonderful reality filled with wealth, my money, abundance, and prosperity. I can have and achieve as much as I am able. God always brings to me, with ease and effortlessness, what I desire in a more wonderful and complete form than I imagined. From God I always receive what is best for me.
I suggest replacing the word God, together with the titles, meanings, and attributes assigned to it, with the single word Love.
The abundance of Love is within me.
A beautiful play on words—without using the term magic.
If we were instead to write, „The abundance of Ahura Mazda (Mithra, I AM, etc.) is within me,” then both the spiritual and the material dimensions expressed in the previous sentence somehow disappear. What remains is simply the recitation of a deity’s name in an Eastern style.
The same applies to the following affirmations:
The wealth of Love manifests through me always and everywhere.
The wealth of Adonis manifests through me always and everywhere.
Love guarantees me a joyful life filled with an abundance of money.
Dionysus guarantees me a joyful life filled with an abundance of money.
I love money and manifest prosperity because Love fills me.
I love money and manifest prosperity because I AM fills me.
These are brilliant and wise statements about Love.
The simplest possible statements about Love.
An appropriately prepared affirmation decree of several pages, using the word Love in every sentence, together with several exercises, successfully opened the heart chakra completely within one month.
This was accomplished in only thirty days.
I would gladly meet anyone whose heart chakra opened within such a period through affirmations based on the names of gods or even on the violet I AM mantra.
Such a genuine opening of the heart chakra is confirmed by the pink light radiating from the person—not from a pink pyramid placed in the garden.
Vitality changes.
Even one’s internal energy, measured on the Bovis scale, changes.
As a gift from Love, after thirty days of affirmations, some people also received the activation of additional DNA strands. (Besides the two physical strands, there are said to be many invisible ones.)
Who can offer more than that?
What power, what force, can give us more than Love?
My radiant heart is always and everywhere illuminated by pink Love.
I am aware of the presence of Love within me.

A friend of mine attended workshops in Łódź conducted by the authors of the book I AM – The Path to a New Way. There she received what was presented as a remarkable shortcut to God.
She was instructed to visualize a tube about the thickness of a finger descending from outer space and another identical tube rising from the center of the Earth. The ends of both tubes were then to be twisted clockwise for several centimeters and simply placed within the heart.
Some time after performing this „operation,” she unexpectedly began noticing blood in her saliva.
Since she had not been practicing anything else besides this technique, she decided to dismantle the tubes from the area of her heart and wait to see what would happen.
The blood disappeared just as unexpectedly as it had appeared.
She untwisted the tubes and returned them to the Cosmos and the Earth.

When I, Sławek, discover a similarly serious pattern:
- I would compose a prayer describing the entire entanglement—perhaps even several extensive prayers addressing related aspects.
- I would work through at least twenty intentions concerning the issue.
- I would ask God for guidance.
- I would ask forgiveness for myself and for my Soul.
- I would ask for the cancellation of the pattern and its underlying conditioning.
- I would ask for the cancellation of the intentions that continue to sustain it.
Returning the tubes to the Cosmos may indeed have helped, but there could still have remained energetic overlays inherited from those who originally devised the technique.

What most overwhelms an unsuspecting practitioner is repeating the affirmation:
„I am no longer a child in Christ, but the Master Presence that has reached its full stature. I speak and command with authority.”
That is when strange things begin to happen.
Several years ago, after reading the I AM affirmations, I found myself standing in an almost empty church, feeling like a thief rather than like God’s beloved child.
God’s love does not produce such a feeling.
