Floods of the Century in Poland and Weather Manipulation

“From the bottom of our hearts, we thank God for His care and grace. By His will, the two rivers that meet here spared our city from greater danger. May His blessing continue to watch over us, and may our gratitude endure forever.” Someone from a city spared from flooding resulting from the flood that inundated the Oder River basin and nearby towns in 2024 wrote this in the media.

Around 2005, snow fell for several winter weeks in our mountains. It was so abundant that the snow cover reached a thickness of 100 cm. There were problems clearing the path to the house and the driveway to the garage. I no longer had the strength to throw the snow several times a day onto piles 120–140 cm high. The snow suddenly disappeared within a few days, probably in February, when even more should still have fallen. I know that someone with the ability to influence the weather contributed to this. As a result of that person’s creation, heavy snowfalls appeared in the USA. Television showed snowdrifts three and even five meters high and paralysis in several states.

I experienced another weather manipulation in 2001. During Regression workshops, I became involved in a dispute with a certain woman. After the class, I left the building directly onto a rainy street. And then thunder sounded, and I knew that the thunderclap had been dedicated to me by my opponent in order to frighten me.

An example from Scandinavia. The last woman there who manipulated the weather was hanged in the 19th century. She deliberately tied the wind into a scarf, and then it stopped blowing. She untied the scarf and the wind began blowing again, but only after payment had been made. In the age of sailing ships, this caused enormous losses for shipowners, because wind-powered vessels remained in port instead of earning money at sea.

Since the year 2000, several acquaintances have boasted to me about their ability to influence the weather. The media are full of such information and even training courses in this field.

Let us assume that within one district measuring 20 × 20 km there are 5 people capable of influencing the weather and 10 people praying about the weather. Of these 15 people, half want to sunbathe in summer, while several farmers ask for rain during the same period. In winter, skiers seek snowy weather, while drivers expect weather without precipitation and without ice on the roads. In addition, some of them ask regional deities for rain, several pray to Jesus, while others pray to Buddha with a plan opposite to that of Christians. Still others, for weather-related motives known only to themselves, say 10 or any other number of Hail Marys.

A logically thinking person should now consider what kind of weather God should direct toward the area of the aforementioned district. What decision is He supposed to make? And what, then, about neighboring districts, provinces, countries? I am certain that none of the manipulators thinks on such a scale.

Let us now consider the subject of karmic responsibility, not so much of people themselves as of Souls, for previously sending rain or snow upon strangers or hostile people and lands. For destroying other people’s dikes, ponds, for poisoning wells. During river floods or as a result of tsunamis, thousands of people die at once or within several days. And if this is an unintended consequence of shamanic practices, magic, supplications directed toward deities, then who is the perpetrator responsible for the negative consequences?

It was once said that God must have gone to considerable trouble to gather together the group for the voyage of the Titanic. And what if something similar happens along the route of flooding throughout the entire Oder River basin in Poland, the Elbe in the Czech Republic, the Danube in Romania, and not only there? One may consider a version of events in which God gathered various magicians and shamans—specialists in the element of water—in flood-prone areas, in areas of abundant rainfall, under the message: “You have what you created for others.”

It is worth remembering that not only the element of water is distinguished, but also such elements as air, fire, metal, wood, earth, and sometimes ether.
