The word “–not” added to some word while working with intentions means that it is worth expressing it also in its opposite, or even finding and saying aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.

For example — when saying: being poor, being sick, it is good to say it also with its opposite:
–being poor, being sick, –not being poor, not being sick.

This allows you to move a given pattern as broadly as possible, touching different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think or claim that they do not have such opposite patterns — for example, that they are not idolaters in a given case (in a given word).

Another example:
A woman’s Soul denies ever being a bad mother. Therefore, adding here the negating form — not being a bad mother — may allow her to understand the state she is in.
Being a bad mother, –not being a bad mother–

1. our challenging others to duels in order to seize their armies, treasures, weapons, and even their boots, as well as for any other reasons, and all resulting consequences;
2. our using every kind of being, entity, or construct to gain control over others for any purpose or motivation, and all resulting consequences;
3. our issuing, confirming, co-creating, or executing death sentences and similar punishments, and all resulting consequences;
4. our being ruthless warriors or soldiers (of any gender), and all resulting consequences;
5. our insulting, mocking, or verbally abusing others—and our being insulted, mocked, or called degrading names such as “f…,” “c…,” “s…,” and others—and all resulting consequences;
6. our adjusting ourselves to any opinions, expectations, or tastes of other beings for any reasons or motives, and all resulting consequences;
7. our defending ourselves with the conviction that no one may approach us without our permission, and that anyone who does will suffer for it, and all resulting consequences;
8. our hatred toward everyone and everything; our sustaining anger and aggression; our creating physical and energetic shields, armors, and weapons for self-defense or the defense of others; and our creating or using drugs, hormones, or adrenaline for ourselves or others—and all resulting consequences;
9. our using spies or informants (of any gender) for various reasons and purposes, and all resulting consequences;
10. our being gods of war, killing, punishment, and oppression (of any gender, type, or level), and our being skilled—and equally extremely cruel—murderers, and all resulting consequences;
11. our fighting with the conviction that it is our duty, while saying that we never wished to protect the weak because such beings are worthless and unworthy of respect—and all resulting consequences;
12. our contempt for facts and objective truth, and all resulting consequences;
13. our being brutal killers indifferent to others, to their feelings, and to love, and all resulting consequences;
14. our desire to annihilate, kill, or destroy others, and all resulting consequences;
15. our experiencing amnesia, resistance, and inability to focus on the path of life indicated by God, and all resulting consequences.
