Affirming the Attributes of God
This is a text not connected with affirming anything for oneself, but exclusively with grounding one’s knowledge and awareness of what God is like, what His attributes are.
It happened that at night, and also during the day for a long time, a thought about God would spontaneously arise in me:
– God is great.
– God is light.
I repeated the words mechanically. The next day, the same thoughts, the same words flowed into my mind and again I repeated them, affirming attributes and adjectives that were not mine and not for myself. A friend had similar spontaneous experiences with affirmations of God’s attributes.
I am aware of the greatness of God, who was able to remove cancer within three days. I know that God is greater than the planet Earth and greater than the entire Solar System.
No one has met the Creator in material form. No one—except in dreams—has seen Almighty God as a human figure, and even that was granted to only a few who asked. Living “earthly gods” are only people whose souls chose to elevate THEMSELVES and their AVATARS to divine dignities.

Similar affirmations repeated over a long period (months) will break down any convictions of the soul about divine powerlessness, or about one’s own superiority over the Creator.
We can draw inspiration from Qur’anic determinations known as the “99 Names of God.” Link
These list God’s adjectival attributes. These attributes are always positive:
– Merciful
– Compassionate
– Great, Magnificent
– Creator
– Self-sufficient, Unshaken
There are also such attributes that people, unlike God, do not possess—for example those listed there: “God who opens hearts” (opening the heart chakra).
– Creator
– Giver of life
I propose repeating these words over a similarly long period, many months.
