Multidimensionality, or the Overlapping of Burdens – intentions

Developed by: Sławomir Majda, Małgorzata Krata, Konrad Jaszowski, Adam Żak. The identical, recurring fragment constituting the core of the idea reads as follows: “of being those whose Soul operates simultaneously within multidimensionality, across multiple incarnational lines that encompass radically divergent roles, including decision-makers, soldiers, those exploited, those exercising agency, and those subordinated; of existing within a field in which experiences of power, violence, dependency, and survival are not separated but co-resonate; and of experiencing the interweaving and merging of intense emotions—responsibility, guilt, fear, threat, shame, hypervigilance—into a single structure of consciousness; correspondingly, of experiencing psychological symptoms not as the outcome of a single life history, but as the resonance of multiple concurrent experiential lines, and thus carrying tensions not processed within the current lifetime but echoing parallel and past high-intensity experiences; correspondingly, of functioning in a state of regulatory overload, in which the nervous system responds as if present in several realities with conflicting demands—for example, experiencing calm alongside cycles of states resembling ADHD as the result of multidirectional activation and signal excess, or experiencing states resembling borderline as the collision of extreme poles of power and helplessness; correspondingly, of manifesting symptoms akin to combat shock as resonance of violence, threat, and loss from distinct experiential lines, and of experiencing oneself as incoherent not due to lack of identity, but because too many identities demand simultaneous presence and attention; correspondingly, of functioning in a world in which reactions exceed present circumstances, when a field larger than the current biography is activated, and when a symptom is not a localized defect but an overload of parallel narratives; and of being those in whom dysregulation is neither ‘merit’ nor ‘fault,’ but the consequence of a multilayered structure of the Soul’s consciousness and the entire being; correspondingly, of being those in whom the role of social decision-maker generates excess responsibility, the role of soldier—excess vigilance and combat readiness, and simultaneously the role of the exploited—excess shame and dissociation; of combining within one psyche the energies of power and subordination, thereby generating tension difficult to sustain; correspondingly, of experiencing contradictory impulses—to control and to surrender, to dominate and to disappear, to act and to freeze—thus living in a state in which the nervous system cannot determine which experiential line is currently active, and reacting to ordinary situations as though they were extreme scenarios because one incarnational line remains in alarm; correspondingly, of losing a clear boundary between ‘mine’ and ‘not mine’ when multiple experiences coexist simultaneously.”

The word “–not” added to some word while working with intentions means that it is worth expressing it also in its opposite, or even finding and saying aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites. For example — when saying: being poor, being sick, it is good to say it also with its opposite:–being poor, being sick, –not being poor, not being sick. This allows you to move a given pattern as broadly as possible, touching different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think or claim that they do not have such opposite patterns — for example, that they are not idolaters in a given case (in a given word). Another example: A woman’s Soul denies ever being a bad mother. Therefore, adding here the negating form — not being a bad mother — may allow her to understand the state she is in. Being a bad mother, –not being a bad mother–“—Oh, absolutely not, never in my life! These are certainly not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.” [—The Soul very often says or thinks this about itself.]
