The word (–not) added during work with intentions to a given word means that it is worth mentioning it also as its opposite, or even independently, while additionally finding and speaking aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.

For example — of being poor, sick — it is good also to say it together with its opposite:

—being poor, sick, —not being poor, sick.

This allows one to immediately move a given pattern as broadly as possible in its different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think or claim that they do not possess such opposite patterns, for example that they are not idol worshippers in a given case (a given word).

Another example:

The soul of a woman denies ever having been a bad mother. Therefore adding the negation — not being a bad mother — may allow her to understand the state she is in.

Being a bad mother, —not being a bad mother—

“But of course not, never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.” [Very often this is what a soul says or thinks about itself.]

  1. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that acceptance (from Latin acceptatio, literally receiving) means acknowledging something, approval, confirmation of something, coming to terms with something that cannot be changed, recognizing someone’s traits or behavior as consistent with expectations, and also formal consent to certain actions, usually expressed by a signature on an appropriate document and not necessarily resulting from a positive evaluation of them, as well as consent expressed by an authorized person regarding the manner of handling a matter or approval of the content of a document and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  2. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that acceptance of something as, among other things, a feeling or emotion simply means finding a state of ideal balance with the cards life has dealt us at a given moment, so that in this way we are able to find the best method of solving, improving, adapting to and seeing the bright side of a given situation; that it also means understanding things as they are, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  3. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that acceptance as, among other things, a feeling or emotion is a way of life needed to overcome all inconveniences and failures; that it is acceptance which gives strength and faith in new possibilities, and thanks to it we notice a light at the end of the tunnel and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  4. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that although acceptance as, among other things, a feeling or emotion is not easy to achieve, it is still worth making the effort to enrich one’s life and character with this element and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  5. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that acceptance as, among other things, a feeling or emotion means recognizing deep in the soul the fact that life is as it is: sometimes beautiful and sometimes painful, sometimes pleasant and sometimes hopeless, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  6. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that accepting another human being practically means allowing them to be who they are, with everything that constitutes their equipment and psychological baggage, including talents, virtues and flaws, achievements and non-achievements, life successes and failures, merits and transgressions, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  7. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that protection from suffering results in prolonging the torment of being under the power of negative emotions; that when we protect ourselves from pain, we prevent ourselves from experiencing its opposite — happiness, joy and bliss; that as long as we do not accept our emotions, we cannot heal them; that the basis of radical acceptance is accepting every feeling that appears within us, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  8. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that acceptance will always be the best choice; that acceptance should not be confused with resignation, because resignation is a situation in which we passively accept the course of events, while acceptance means taking an active part in those very events; that acceptance largely relies on making decisions, which in turn leads to various kinds of change and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  9. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that acceptance as, among other things, a feeling or emotion is always the first step toward adapting in the best possible way to a given situation; that it allows us to feel good about ourselves and the situation we are in, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  10. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that the key to true peace and confidence is accepting oneself and getting rid of fear, anxiety and doubt, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  11. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that betrayal is one of the most traumatizing experiences and therefore naturally triggers defense mechanisms in the victim intended to remove the painful experience from consciousness or at least ease the pain; that an additional supporting factor is our tendency to avoid or push away problems and difficult challenges rather than accept them, and in this way such experiences end up somewhere in the subconscious, in the depths of the Soul or mind — while the emotions and feelings connected with them “leak out” at every possible opportunity in an uncontrolled and usually inadequate way, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  12. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that when we stop trying to control all reality, we will experience everyday life’s turbulence less intensely and will also become less susceptible to emotional problems such as depression, neurosis, anxiety states and other stress-related conditions, including pain, insomnia and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  13. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that if we are able to cope with uncertainty and a lack of security, if we are able to let go of the need for constant control, we gain the chance to realize many intentions important to us and undertake meaningful actions, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  14. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that because life does not always unfold according to plan, learning to coexist with a certain discomfort becomes one of the more important skills, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  15. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that the better relationship we have with ourselves, with the Soul and with God, the happier our lives will be, because when we love ourselves we feel like good and valuable human beings deserving of happiness, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  16. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that a perfectionist is someone who hates parts of themselves yet demands perfection from themselves and their environment in order to hide and compensate for their lack of self-acceptance, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  17. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that partial acceptance concerns a positive evaluation of certain stages and episodes of life and a negative evaluation of others. For example, an outstanding artist who achieved worldwide success may accept periods of success and their current situation while negatively evaluating childhood or youth spent in poverty and fear, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  18. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that in self-acceptance a key element is insight into one’s own thoughts and feelings; that we should take on the challenge of understanding our own decisions and behaviors, and that the reward will be a better understanding of our own nature, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  19. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that an effective method for dealing with complexes are provocations, which consist in disarming a complex by bringing it into the light of day, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  20. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that the basis of every true feeling is giving up the setting of conditions, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  21. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that those who truly accept themselves consider certain things proper and right and do not constantly wonder what others will think, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  22. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that those who accept themselves do not easily lose contact with reality; that understanding what contact with reality is usually becomes easier when one realizes how its absence manifests itself, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  23. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that contact with reality excludes daydreaming or imagining who we could be if we were another person; that it is not worth wasting energy regretting that we are not different, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  24. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that one should enjoy life as it is and invest one’s strength in such a life; that one should not wander into reflections about what we “could have been,” and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  25. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that those who accept themselves are assertive; that a sign of self-acceptance is the attitude commonly called assertiveness; that a self-accepting person grants themselves the right to be treated seriously, to have their own opinions and make their own choices, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
  26. Our being conscious of, our knowledge, faith and acceptance not only that joyful self-acceptance is a calling toward assertiveness: toward respect for oneself and toward the ability to express oneself openly and honestly, and not only that, and our experiencing all effects of this.
