Blockages – Intentions

Technical notes concerning the idea and the construction of sentences when working with intentions.

The word (–not) added when working with intentions next to a given word means that it is worth replacing it with its opposite, or even independently, already in the course of the work, finding and speaking aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.

For example – being poor, ill – it is good to also say it together with its opposite:
being poor, ill
not being poor, ill

This allows one to immediately move a given pattern as broadly as possible in different aspects, also in its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think and claim that they do not have such opposite patterns, e.g. that they are not idolaters in a given case (given word).

Another example:
The Soul of a woman denies ever having been a bad mother. So adding the word of negation – not being a bad mother – may allow her to understand the state in which she finds herself.
Being a bad mother – not being a bad mother
“– Absolutely not, never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.”
[– A Soul often says or thinks about itself.]

Intentions

  1. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that we have blockages which originate from previous incarnations, may come from the prenatal period, early childhood, and from our entire life so far in the current incarnation and not only, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  2. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that every felt, experienced pain, resentment, fear, grief, terror, humiliation, rejection and not only these create in our lives blockages, obstructions, brakes and not only, blocking a good, abundant, fulfilled, happy life, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  3. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that the Soul is waiting for these blockages to be accepted and loved, to be transformed into love, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  4. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that difficult, traumatic experiences, emotions, events, situations are hidden deep in the subconscious, where they remain for years and wait for us, for the transforming power of love, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  5. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that the reason we bury our problems and blockages is pain and fear; we push them into abysses, lock them in basements, dungeons, hide them in closets, drawers, behind armored doors, under enormous boulders and not only there, so that they do not come out, so that we do not hear them, see them, feel them, so that they do not see the light of day and not only for this reason, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  6. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that blockages can be transformed into love, the energy of the highest power, and that their transformation requires courage and perseverance, faith, love, and self-acceptance, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  7. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that blockages are rejected parts of ourselves that are waiting for our light and love; blockages are our own creations—we built them and only we are able to dismantle, work through, and transform them, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  8. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that blockages—these difficult emotions, experiences—will exist (even if deeply and firmly hidden) and will return to us until they are transformed, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  9. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that we often describe blockages with phrases such as:
I have my chest of corpses
I have a closet of horrors
this is my hell on earth
I locked it with four locks and threw away the key,
and not only so, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  10. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that we reach our blockages through mindfulness—mindful being in the here and now—by observing our body and what we feel in a difficult, painful situation, which we often describe, among others, as:
I have a lump in my throat
    my stomach is clenched
    my heart is stabbing
    my legs feel like cotton
    this makes me nauseous
something is choking me, holding me, paralyzing me
I’m breaking out in a cold sweat
I feel like I have a ball chained to my leg,
and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  11. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that we reach blockages through awareness of the emotions within us—what angers us, shames us, humiliates us, terrifies us, evokes guilt, a sense of inferiority, of being worse—and not only this, and by becoming aware of where these emotions are reflected in the body, e.g. in the head, the heart, the belly and not only there, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  12. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that the body is a perfect guide for discovering and transforming further blockages, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  13. Our own, and through us others’, lack of awareness / awareness, lack of knowledge / knowledge, lack of acceptance / acceptance that we reach a blockage at the moment of experiencing difficult emotions (anger, pain, terror and not only these—everything that contributes to the creation of blockages), at which point we turn our attention away from what is outside and focus on ourselves, on our feelings, on our body, describing the blockage as precisely as we can: where it is located in the body, what color it has, its density, how it looks, what it is made of, how it is built, and not only so, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  14. Our own, and through us others’, willingness / unwillingness, courage, lack of courage, perseverance, lack of perseverance to face our blockages / demons, monsters from under the bed, beasts from the dungeon—difficult emotions—to look them in the face, look them in the eyes, open the door to them, release them into the daylight and not only this, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  15. Our own, and through us others’, willingness / unwillingness, courage, lack of courage, perseverance, lack of perseverance to work with blockages, so that each one in turn can be found, unearthed, pulled out of the dungeon, have its door opened, the boulder moved aside, looked in the eyes, gently touched, sent a stream of love, embraced, loved, illuminated, accepted—because by accepting a blockage we accept ourselves; we embrace that part of ourselves which we rejected and abandoned—and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.
  16. Our own, and through us others’, willingness / unwillingness, courage, lack of courage, perseverance, lack of perseverance to seek and find the truth about ourselves by asking ourselves, among others, such questions as:
    how do I feel today
where inside me is something important happening
does life frighten me or delight me
what do I think, about what, and how
do I think about myself with love or with sadness
do I support myself or do I hold resentment toward myself
do I notice my progress or do I lynch myself for mistakes/laziness
do I take care of myself or act against myself
what truth about myself am I living by today
do I like myself or reject myself
do I transform blockages or reinforce them
do I truly open to it and accept it, or do I close myself to it
    do I love myself,
and not only so, and our and others’ experiencing / not experiencing all consequences thereof.

The inspiration for writing these intentions was the book School of Abundance by Barbara Ravensdale.
