Public Finances – Intentions to Work Through

The word (–not) added when working with intentions to a given word means that it is worth mentioning it as an opposite, or even independently, during the process, finding and speaking aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.
For example — being poor, sick — it is good to say it also with its opposite:
–being poor, sick, –not being poor, sick
This allows the given pattern to be activated as broadly as possible in different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think or claim that they do not have such opposite patterns — for example, that they are not idolaters in a given case (given word).
Another example:
The Soul of a woman denies ever having been a bad mother. Therefore, adding the word of negation – not being a bad mother – may allow her to understand the state she is in.
Being a bad mother, –not being a bad mother–
“–Of course not, never in my life! Those are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.” [–Very often the Soul says or thinks this about itself.]
Intentions
- Our and through us others’ understanding/not understanding, creating, accumulating/not accumulating, experiencing/not experiencing, supporting/not supporting, destroying/not destroying and more of every type, meaning, level and scale of public, state, corporate, company, group, family finances and more, which include their monetary resources and the processes of collecting and distributing public/family/social funds at the disposal of entire groups, families, societies, public authorities and above all the budget of the state, group, family, as well as funds collected and distributed outside budgets for our and others’ benefit, for the good of the whole group, family, state, community and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ understanding/not understanding, creating, accumulating/not accumulating, experiencing/not experiencing, supporting/not supporting, destroying/not destroying and more of every type, meaning, level and scale of public, state, social finances and more derived from public levies, public property, refundable revenues, credits, loans, issuance of securities, wars and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ understanding/not understanding, supporting/not supporting, avoiding/not avoiding, destroying/not destroying, blocking/not blocking, experiencing/not experiencing, paying/not paying and more of every type and scale of public, social, state, group levies and their equivalents, including non-refundable and refundable contributions to the state or public-law entities (such as municipalities, social insurance funds), established unilaterally by legal act and enforced by state coercion, whether in the form of personal levies (e.g., military service), in-kind levies (e.g., food contingents), or monetary levies (taxes, contributions, fees, profit transfers, customs duties, surcharges such as drainage or investment fees) and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ understanding/not understanding, creating, accumulating/not accumulating, experiencing/not experiencing, supporting/not supporting, destroying/not destroying and more of every type and scale of public, state, corporate, group, family finances and more, which serve the common good and ensure the functioning of the entire public sector, all citizens or the whole community, family, group of beings and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ understanding/not understanding, creating, accumulating/not accumulating, experiencing/not experiencing, supporting/not supporting, destroying/not destroying and more of every type and scale of public, state, corporate, group, family finances and more, whose function includes allocation of resources mainly for public and social tasks such as national defense, public security, education, healthcare and other goals serving the highest common good and/or private benefit and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ understanding/not understanding, creating, accumulating/not accumulating, experiencing/not experiencing, supporting/not supporting, destroying/not destroying and more of every type and scale of public, state, corporate, group, family finances and more, which have a redistributive function affecting income or goods distribution within society/group/community, aiming/not aiming at social justice (e.g., the wealthy contributing more to a common budget, the less affluent being supported) and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ understanding/not understanding, creating, accumulating/not accumulating, experiencing/not experiencing, supporting/not supporting, destroying/not destroying and more of every type and scale of public, state, corporate, group, family finances and more, which have/not have a stabilizing function (e.g., mitigating economic downturn effects via fiscal policy tools) and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ understanding/not understanding, accepting/not accepting, supporting/not supporting, experiencing/not experiencing that the public finance sector includes among others:
public authorities (including government administration, state control bodies, courts and tribunals),
local government units and their associations,
budgetary units and local budget establishments,
executive agencies and budgetary economy institutions,
state special-purpose funds,
the Social Insurance Institution and managed funds,
the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund and its managed funds,
the National Health Fund,
independent public healthcare institutions,
public universities,
the Polish Academy of Sciences and its units,
state and local cultural institutions and film institutions,
other public legal entities created by law to perform public tasks (excluding enterprises, research and development units, banks and commercial companies), and all others, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof. - Our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing, supporting/not supporting, influencing/not influencing, eliminating/not eliminating, understanding/not understanding, creating/not creating and more of every type and scale of our and others’ budget deficits (state, individual, group, family, religious, social and more), expressed as negative balance when expenditures exceed revenues within a given accounting period, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing, supporting/not supporting, influencing/not influencing, eliminating/not eliminating, understanding/not understanding, creating/not creating and more of every type and scale of our and others’ budget surpluses (state, individual, group, family, religious, social and more), expressed as revenues exceeding expenditures, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing, supporting/not supporting, influencing/not influencing, eliminating/not eliminating, understanding/not understanding, creating/not creating and more of every type and scale of deficits caused by increased expenditures, decreased revenues, unexpected expenses due to unforeseen events and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ creating/not creating, generating/not generating, experiencing/not experiencing, increasing/not increasing, decreasing/not decreasing and more of every type and scale of public, state, family, religious, social, energetic, sexual debts and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’, for all reasons and in all ways and genders, leading/not leading, managing/not managing, issuing regulations, holding power over every type and scale of household, family, state, public, corporate, religious, social budgets and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ exploiting, draining, looting, siphoning, plundering every type and scale of household, family, state, public, corporate, religious, social budgets and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ diverting funds for private purposes and engaging in dishonesty regarding every type and scale of household, family, state, public, corporate, religious, social budgets and more, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.
- Our and through us others’ deciding/not deciding how money and payment instruments from every type and scale of household, family, state, public, corporate, religious, social budgets and more are spent, and our and through us others’ experiencing/not experiencing all consequences thereof.

While working through these intentions, I was reminded that God distributes all goods throughout the universe. By analogy, He acts as any state does when collecting and distributing goods for schools, hospitals, roads, etc. It is worth meditating on why this is needed for God, what His personal purpose is in managing such matters. What does God expect in return from me, and what from my or another Being?
