The word (–not) added when working with intentions to a particular word means that it is worth mentioning it as its opposite, or even independently, during the process itself, finding and saying aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.
e.g. — being poor people, sick people, it is good to say it also together with its opposite
–being poor people, sick people, –not being poor people, sick people
This makes it possible to immediately and as broadly as possible activate a given pattern in different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think and claim that they do not have such opposite patterns, e.g. that they are not idolaters, as in a given case (a given word).
Another example:
A woman’s Soul denies ever having been a bad mother. Therefore, adding the negating expression – not being a bad mother – may allow her to understand the state in which she finds herself.
Being a bad mother, –not being a bad mother–
“But of course not, never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.” [This is what a Soul very often says or thinks about itself.

Our own, and through us other people’s, including understanding, experiencing, supporting, destroying, building and not only, including the linguistic expression “Abraham’s Bosom”, being a Second Temple Jewish concept referring to a place in Sheol (Greek Hades), where – as some Jews believe – the righteous after death waited for the Day of Judgment and not only, and our own, and through us other people’s, experiencing all the consequences of this,

Our own, and through us other people’s, including understanding, experiencing, supporting, destroying, building and not only, including the concept that Sheol is a place where the dead are silent and without consciousness (see Ps. 6:5 etc.), and understanding and experiencing that the descriptions make no distinction between the destiny of the righteous and the unrighteous, since everyone goes to the same place and not only, and our own, and through us other people’s, experiencing all the consequences of this,

Our own, and through us other people’s, including understanding, experiencing, supporting, destroying, building and not only, including such concepts that “God brings death but also restores to life. He brings down to the realm of the dead, but also raises up.” (1 Sam. 2:6), as well as promoting belief in the conscious presence of the Soul after death in various purgatories, as a place of temporary presence until the resurrection on the Last Day and not only, and our own, and through us other people’s, experiencing all the consequences of this,

Our own, and through us other people’s, including understanding, experiencing, supporting, destroying, building and not only, including knowledge about Sheol (as in Enoch) divided into, including four regions: for the righteous who will be resurrected but do not require judgment, for the righteous who will be resurrected and then judged and accepted, for the wicked who will be resurrected, and for the wicked who will not be resurrected and not only, and our own, and through us other people’s, experiencing all the consequences of this,

Our own, and through us other people’s, including understanding, experiencing, supporting, destroying, building and not only, including concepts of Jewish martyrs in Egypt expressing their conviction that if they die, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob will welcome them and everyone will praise them in the bosom of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and that “in the world to come, Abraham will sit at the gate of Gehenna, allowing no one who bears the seal of the covenant to enter the fire.” (Bereshit Rabbah 158), as well as expecting that at the time of resurrection Jews will be resurrected and will recline at the table of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of God on earth and not only, and our own, and through us other people’s, experiencing all the consequences of this,

Our own, and through us other people’s, including understanding, experiencing, supporting, destroying, building and not only, including understanding the term “Abraham’s Bosom” by deriving it from the New Testament and the parable of Jesus and not only, and our own, and through us other people’s, experiencing all the consequences of this,
