Adapting Any Newspaper Text into a Prayer

When searching for inspiration for the text of one’s own prayer, we may choose any available materials. It is worthwhile to ask the author’s soul for permission and to thank it.

For example, we choose a medical topic and its scientific description.

Fractures and Dislocations

As a result of excessive tension and strain in a given area, combined with weak bone structure and fatigue of that area, ligament ruptures occurred, vertebral process fractures, damage to intervertebral discs, and dislocations of intervertebral joints. The area became unstable and shifts during movement.
The nucleus pulposus from damaged discs presses on the dura mater of the spinal cord and on the nerves emerging from the cord, causing pain and neuralgia. In this area, muscles and ligaments became shortened and weakened, while others remain constantly tense. As a result of continuous strain, toxins accumulate in them, which they are unable to eliminate. Inflammation in this area destroys all structures and accumulates toxins.
As a result of the backward displacement of two vertebrae, into a space where there is no room, the body attempts to reduce and dissolve the vertebrae while simultaneously creating bone on the discs in order to rigidly fuse the entire area. As a result of disc destruction, the space between the vertebrae through which nerves pass has been reduced—the nerves are now compressed, causing constant pain.

A layperson would not come up with such a text on their own. We therefore have ready-made material describing damage. Not every sentence can be adapted into a prayer. Where possible, we use all positive introductions and additions to add beauty and elevate the thoughts.

We ask for:

  • Forgiveness
  • Gratitude
  • Apology
  • “I do not have to”
  • “I am free from…”
  • “I accept…” etc.

After adaptation, we may arrive at the following prayer concerning the spine.

Prayer Concerning the Spine

I am free from intentions, habits, and needs to break, crush, and dislocate the processes, discs, and the first cervical vertebra of my spine and the spines of other beings.

I have forgiven myself for the fact that, as a result of excessive tension and strain in the area of the first cervical vertebra, combined with weak bone structure and fatigue of that area, ligament ruptures, vertebral process fractures, damage to intervertebral discs, and dislocations of intervertebral joints once occurred.

I have forgiven myself for the fact that the area of the first cervical vertebra once became unstable and shifted during movement.

I have forgiven myself for the fact that the nucleus pulposus from damaged discs once pressed on the dura mater of the spinal cord and on the nerves emerging from it, causing pain and neuralgia.

I have forgiven myself for the fact that in the area of the first cervical vertebra, muscles and ligaments became shortened, blocked, paralyzed, and weakened, while others remained constantly tense.

I have forgiven myself for the fact that, as a result of prolonged incorrect spiritual and physical posture and improper physical work, various toxins accumulated in the area of my first cervical vertebra—substances that the body and soul were unable to eliminate.

I have forgiven myself for the fact that inflammation in the area of the first cervical vertebra destroyed its structures and accumulated toxins and harmful vibrations.

I have forgiven myself for the fact that, as a result of the backward displacement of two vertebrae into a space where there was no room, the body attempted to reduce and dissolve these vertebrae while simultaneously forming bone on the discs in order to rigidly fuse the entire area.

Let us learn to independently seek positive inspiration. I admit that I selected sentences from a high-quality source, and at least 90% of the text can be used.

We can build our own text of a beautiful prayer. Let us allow ourselves sentences that are independent of one another or that connect into any positive theme.

The Human Energetic System

The human energetic system consists of:
nadi channels that carry energy in the body, three layers of the aura (spiritual bodies), the Hara center located three finger-widths below the navel (a point of support where everything comes into balance), and seven chakras.

The seven chakras are energy centers, gateways, and transducers, arranged along the spine up to the head, connecting the nadis with the three spiritual bodies (aura layers) surrounding the physical body.

Like antennas, chakras receive and process all energy entering a person’s own energetic field. The personal energetic field spreads outward in layers and, at its greatest extent, reaches approximately 8 meters beyond the physical body.

Chakras process and distribute the energy entering them through the nadis. The vibrations of this energy are transformed into sensations understandable to the mind, such as emotions and physical feelings.

Chakras function similarly to the eyes, which process light. Just as different frequencies of light are interpreted by the brain as colors, chakras process subtle energy in such a way that a person experiences various sensations. Each chakra is a channel for a specific range of energy entering the energetic field.

Additionally, chakras function as transducers—organs that transform energy. The subtle energy system can be compared to an electrical circuit. Energy arrives from various sources, and chakras move it upward or downward. The movement of energy is associated with changes in its frequency at a given level.

When one of the bodies experiences an energy deficiency, replenishment may occur. The required energy is then drawn from a neighboring body, and the appropriate chakra adjusts its frequency. This is precisely the process that occurs during spiritual healing, when additional energy from the astral and mental bodies is transformed for the benefit of the physical body, healing it.

There are no limitations on the direction in which energy can be transformed.
