The word
(–not) added while working with intentions to a particular word means that it is worth mentioning it together with its opposite, or even independently finding and saying, while working, any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.

For example:
— being poor people, sick people — it is also good to say this together with its opposite

— being poor people, sick people, — not being poor people, sick people

This makes it possible to immediately and as broadly as possible set a given pattern in motion in different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think and claim that they do not have such opposite patterns, for example, that they are not idolaters, as in a given case (a given word).

Another example:

A woman’s Soul denies having once been a bad mother. Therefore, adding the word of negation here — not being a bad mother — may allow her to understand the state in which she finds herself.

Being a bad mother, — not being a bad mother —

“But of course not, never in my life! These are not my patterns at all. What I do is my private matter.” [This is very often what a Soul says or thinks about itself.]

1- our being imprisoned, interrogated, tortured, among other things in order to force us to make statements, give testimony consistent with the will of the perpetrators, later used against ourselves and other people, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this, in all times, half-times and beyond time

2- our experiencing the consequences of being treated as inferior beings, who must be subjected to a process of elimination, extermination, of being treated as garbage, an object, waste that must be disposed of, gotten rid of, exploited until death, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

3- our being transported in various kinds of transports, crowded beyond measure together with others, in conditions worse than those for cattle, without access to toilets, without food and drink, in cold and heat, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

4- our being subjected to selection in terms of usefulness to the system, for work, in terms of race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, age, being deprived of identity and rights, robbed of all material possessions, money, personal belongings, etc., being forced to wear prison clothing, wooden shoes, etc., with a tattooed number and shaved head, and through this our becoming nobody, a number in a line among many others like us, and even things, nameless beings used for labor, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

5- our living in panic fear reaching into our deepest entrails, among other things fear of being beaten for the slightest reason/for no reason, for amusement, as an example to others, because of the bad mood of the perpetrators: SS men, Gestapo officers, kapos, UB officers, NKVD officers, guards, fellow prisoners and not only them, as well as our being robbed, killed, beaten to death by them, and also feeling stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

6- our standing for many hours during roll calls, among other things in the rain, in scorching sun, in frost and cold, while hungry, being set upon by dogs, and feeling fear that we will be designated to be killed, gassed, put to death, hanged, etc., as well as feeling stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

7- our sleeping in barracks, a dozen or more people on a single bunk, in feces, stench, dirt, dampness, among sick, wailing, crying people, in an atmosphere of despair and hopelessness, with open windows even during the greatest frosts and heat waves, and feeling fear that I will not wake up, that we will die from hypothermia, as well as being bitten by various parasites, being consumed by various diseases and having no access to running water and sanitary facilities and not only that, as well as our feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

8- our being forced to work, including hard, destructive labor beyond human strength, degrading labor, as skilled workers, including under supervision/without supervision, and as kapos, prisoners who guard and torment others, fellow-prisoner police, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

9- our being experimental subjects for medical, endurance and pseudomedical experiments, for testing various substances, including chemical compounds and their effects on the human body, various operations, procedures, tests, and experiencing additional physical and psychological suffering because of this, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

10- our agreeing to unwanted/wanted sexual behavior, practices and actions of various kinds, including in exchange for the illusory hope of survival, for an extra portion of food, for being assigned to lighter work, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

11- our experiencing, among other things, a lack of influence over anything, over our own fate and the fate of others, powerlessness, frustration, inability to escape, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

12- our feeling fear of, among other things, extermination, being killed, including by shooting, starvation, being given poison by injection, hanging, gassing and having the body burned in a crematorium, including while still alive, dying from exhaustion through labor, as well as our experiencing such deaths, and also feeling stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

13- our feeling paralyzing fear, among other things, that we will once again end up in an extermination camp, labor camp, gulag, captivity, prison, be tortured, become objects of extermination in a slow/fast manner, with suffering being inflicted upon us, as well as stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

14- our resistance to naming, articulating, among other things, the magnitude and enormity of, among other things, fear, harm, suffering, humiliation, inhuman treatment, torture, hunger, torment, diseases experienced in captivity, an extermination camp, forced labor, as well as during war, occupation and not only, as well as feeling stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time

15- our feeling, among other things, lethargy, depression, numbness, repression, indifference, among other things toward all kinds of mass death surrounding us, toward the fate and not only the fate of people, beings for various causes and reasons, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time.

16- our praying for, expecting, bringing about our own and others’ death in order to free ourselves from torment in concentration camps, labor camps and not only, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time.

17- our escaping from concentration camps, as well as from places of captivity, and also planning such an escape, and our experiencing that our escape succeeds, as well as our suffering all kinds of punishments because someone escaped or tried to escape from an extermination camp, labor camp and not only, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time.

18- our waiting for rescue from BDZ, from all LDIBTKZ, which never came and respectively did come and not only, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time.

19- our being forced into marches of death lasting many kilometers and our dying as a result of participating in them and not only, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time.

20- Our experiencing various roundups, including in the streets, our being dragged out of our homes, including by surprise, in the middle of the night, being lured out of hiding places, as well as receiving orders, sentences, summonses to various prisons, concentration camps, gulags, and our being separated from our family and children during this captivity, our also experiencing the death of loved ones before our very eyes, as well as losing contact with them forever and not only, as well as feeling fear and stress connected with this and our/others’ experiencing the consequences of this in all times, half-times and beyond time.
