Meditation on Divine Light
I present here a simple meditation technique based on repeating words such as: “light, love.”
A reaction can be felt already after 1–2 minutes of affirmation.
I discuss 4 stages of this meditation and briefly their positive effects.

Originally, this technique involved repeating the word “light” while standing.
Due to the addition of several more words, we extended the repetition time to 20–30 minutes.
For this reason, we now practice it while sitting.

A great technique, and most importantly without connections to the astral, without spirits, without initiation…
I practiced it on topics that interested me. D always came, and in my case they kissed me, hugged me, or offered their hand when I worked on healing relationships.
I also practiced with the intention of sobering up D of my dog, so that it would not feel the desire to incarnate into animals… In this case, D also appeared and looked at me strangely…
When I worked with the intention of health and healing, I also received guidance on what to do in these matters in the material world.
When I practiced in the evening, with the lights off, I saw shimmering silver veils of energy. Over time, as it flowed more strongly, it became so dense that the room was no longer visible. It intertwined, overlapping itself—everything was in motion.
Energies of green color, mixed with pink.
I experienced tingling in my body and hands, the sensation of energy flowing through my body, along the spine.
A beautiful divine creation, a feast for the eyes and for bodily sensations…
