The word (–not) added to a particular word when working with intentions means that it is worth mentioning its opposite or even, during the work itself, independently finding and expressing any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.
For example—being poor, ill—it is also advisable to say it together with its opposite
—being poor, ill, —not being poor, ill
This makes it possible immediately to move a given pattern as broadly as possible in different aspects, including in its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think and claim that they do not have such opposite patterns, for example that they are not idolaters, as in a given case or with a given word.
Another example:
A woman’s Soul denies ever having been a bad mother. Therefore, adding the word of negation here—not being a bad mother—may enable her to understand the state in which she finds herself.
Being a bad mother, —not being a bad mother—
“But of course not, never in my life! These are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter.”—This is what a soul very often says or thinks about itself.

- Spending our lives, among other things, on concrete, on metal grates on which animals twist and injure their legs.
- Spending our entire lives in extremely overcrowded buildings saturated with fumes of manure and urine, where the air is permeated with sulfur and ammonia, and the noise level reaches 90 decibels.
- Spending our entire lives on bare concrete in tiny cages in which we cannot even turn around.
- Experiencing, among other things, shortened lives through, among other things, being animals treated cruelly and kept in poor conditions
- Experiencing, among other things, death from diseases and injuries as, among other things, animals
- Being, among other things, killed prematurely, among other things, because of poor health.
- Being, among other things, too injured and ill to walk under our own power to our death in a slaughterhouse
- Experiencing, among other things, being given specially prepared feed, antibiotics, hormones, steroids.
- Experiencing, among other things, breeding and slaughter conducted in accordance with legal regulations.
- Experiencing, among other things, lack of access to daylight
- Being, among other things, deprived of bedding as, among other things, animals
- Spending our entire lives, among other things, on metal grates, compressed into overcrowded pens as, among other things, animals
- Experiencing, among other things, tail cutting, castration without anaesthesia
- Being, among other things, killed, among other things, in slaughterhouses, among other things, in ways that are humane, inhumane, compliant with regulations, painful, painless, stressful, stress-free, traumatic, gentle
- Being, among other things, improperly stunned, not fully bled out, unconscious, thrown into a scalding tank with boiling water.
- Experiencing effective methods of stunning as, among other things, animals
- Being, among other things, hung by the legs on hooks while conscious and aware of what is happening.
- Experiencing that workers, among other things, in abattoirs, slaughterhouses, farms work carelessly, on piecework, are immersed in haste and callousness and have utter disregard for regulations concerning humane slaughter.
- Experiencing that in egg production surplus roosters are killed, while milk production requires breeding animals and killing the resulting surplus offspring, mainly males (calves and bulls).
- Experiencing, among other things, neglect involving feeding and watering, as well as excessive stocking density and crowding
- Hearing, among other things, the sounds of animals being killed while waiting in line for our own death and experiencing fear, trauma, knowing that we are next
- Our being bled out, among other things, while conscious, unconscious, stunned, unstunned
- Our having, among other things, our beaks cut off
- Our being ground, among other things, in grinding machines
- Suffering, among other things, from diseases resulting from poor conditions on the farm, in breeding facilities
- Being, among other things, beaten, tortured, abused, mutilated
- Experiencing having our throats cut, being skinned, immersed in boiling water as beings conscious of what is happening
- Experiencing, among other things, food, antibiotics, steroids and not only being pumped into us
- Experiencing, among other things, pain, suffering, torment, living as, among other things, beings intended for food, beings intended for food production, as, among other things, punishment, restitution, karmic consequences, conscious decisions, unconscious decisions and not only
- Causing, contributing to ourselves, our Soul, our entire being, as well as other people, Souls, beings possessing, among other things, hypnotic trances, hypnosis, programming, beliefs imposing, among other things, experiencing life as, among other things, beings intended for food, beings intended for food production
- My own, my Soul’s, my entire being’s, other people’s, Souls’, beings’ expressing, among other things, consent to our receiving complete, permanent liberation from, among other things, intentions, missions concerning experiencing life as, among other things, beings intended for food, beings intended for food production
- Experiencing, among other things, difficulties, unpleasantness, problems, among other things, because of our own and respectively other people’s intentions, missions, trances concerning experiencing life as, among other things, beings intended for food, beings intended for food production
- Encouraging others to, among other things, experience life as, among other things, beings intended for food, beings intended for food production
- Being, among other things, a guardian, verifier, controller ensuring that others experience life as, among other things, beings intended for food, beings intended for food production
- Possessing, among other things, guardians, verifiers, controllers ensuring that we are to experience life as, among other things, beings intended for food, beings intended for food production
- Surrendering to God, the Giver of Life, all kinds, ranks, levels, significance, overt and hidden, among other things, intentions, energies, hypnosis, trances, missions, thought-forms which in any way still keep within us and around us patterns concerning experiencing life as, among other things, beings intended for food, beings intended for food production

- Accepting the act of grace of God, the Giver of Life, fully liberating us from all kinds, ranks, levels, significance, overt and hidden, among other things, intentions, energies, hypnosis, trances, missions, thought-forms which in any way still keep within us and around us patterns concerning, among other things, experiencing life as, among other things, beings intended for food, beings intended for food production
MEAT CONSUMPTION – Intentions
- Knowing that, among other things, meat originating from industrial-scale farming is not fully wholesome and may be harmful to consumers
- Knowing that by consuming the meat of animals experiencing stress, we absorb elements of stress-related cells and even disease-causing factors which easily penetrate the gastrointestinal barrier, which as a consequence may shape an aggressive attitude in a human being.
