I completely forgive everyone and return freedom to everyone who taught me to live and act without tenderness. I completely forgive myself for having once become insensitive toward loved ones, toward my family, and even toward myself. We apologize to everyone for whom tenderness was inaccessible because of our thinking and our actions. I allow tenderness to embrace and provide for me and for others with a smile, consciously, safely, and innocently. I forgive myself for the desire to cling tightly to my own tenderness only for myself, so as not to share it with anyone. I forgive everyone who suggestively presented my stinginess with tenderness toward myself and others as something valuable and worthwhile.
I chose tenderness, strengthened by love, as a permanent element and a constant feeling of my existence.
Through God I withdraw all consents I have ever given that allowed anyone to falsify tenderness directed toward me, consents allowing tenderness to be replaced with other negative traits, experiences, harmful intentions, and expectations. I completely forgive myself and everyone through whom insensitivity overtook me and my life, through whom I became indifferent to positive experiences, to positive relationships, and to the happiness of others and my own.
I always gain by receiving tenderness; therefore I always allow God and all who love us to show tenderness, and I allow myself to show tenderness toward all my loved ones, toward God, and toward my own Soul. I accept tenderness and I myself give tenderness to my loved ones together with its inseparable companions — the joy of existence, the love of God, and the divine provision of everything that is best, innocent, and creative.
