The word (–not) added when working with intentions to a particular word means that it is worthwhile to mention it as its opposite, or even independently, already during the process, to find and speak aloud any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.
For example — being poor people, sick people, it is good also to say it with its opposite:
–being poor people, sick people, –not being poor people, sick people.
This makes it possible immediately to activate a given pattern as broadly as possible in different aspects, including its opposite. It is also worth knowing that Souls often think and claim that they do not possess such opposite patterns, for example that they are not idolaters, as in a given case, in a given word.
Another example:
The Soul of a woman denies having once been a bad mother. Therefore, adding here the word of negation — not being a bad mother — may allow her to understand the state in which she finds herself.
Being a bad mother, –not being a bad mother–

- Our own, and through us others’, as and like the inhabitants of Lemuria, being aware and experiencing that the lowest castes hate the higher castes, envy them, are resentful and also vengeful, including, among others, because of bad treatment, their worse situation and not only, and that they rebel against their fate, the higher castes and living conditions, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this

- Our own, and through us others’, being aware, believing, promoting and experiencing that the inhabitants of Atlantis, the Atlanteans, are the lower, lowest caste of Lemurians exiled as punishment to Atlantis and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this

- Our own, and through us others’, being Lemurians who, while escaping destruction and aggression in Lemuria, seek shelter in Atlantis and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, as and like Lemurians escaping destruction, being attacked during the escape, among others, by venomous, toxic worms, being bitten by them, experiencing that they covered us/others, as well as removing those worms, treating wounds caused by their bites, also fighting weakness originating from the venom and toxins injected by the biting worms and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being escapees from Lemuria seeking shelter in Atlantis who, after landing on the island, were wounded, weakened and powerless because of injuries inflicted by the aggressors and, as such, experiencing that instead of possible help, we were captured and imprisoned by the Atlanteans and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being aware, believing, promoting and experiencing that among the escapees from Lemuria who left the destroyed land, only two or three groups landed safely in Atlantis, while the rest died and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being captured and imprisoned by the Atlanteans and, as and like prisoners of the Atlanteans, being subjected to terrifying torture and brainwashing, among others, in order to subordinate, enslave, manipulate and exploit us/others and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this

- Our own, and through us others’, as and like prisoners of the Atlanteans, being tortured in such a way that during the torture, when we were tied up, we/others were cut into pieces, incised, cut through, had parts of our bodies cut off, had our eyes blackened, had our organs and bodily cavities interfered with, had various liquids and substances injected and poured into us/others and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, among others, because of the torture inflicted upon us/others by the Atlanteans, experiencing various states, including, among others, losing consciousness, falling into confusion, being unable to withstand the tension and pain, suffering and ultimately agreeing to become enslaved, submitting to the Atlanteans and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being captured, imprisoned and enslaved by the Atlanteans, among others, for revenge upon us/others and so that we would give them the knowledge and abilities we possessed and completely submit to the Atlanteans and live, act, work and use our own/others’ knowledge and abilities for their purposes and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being aware, believing, promoting, being convinced and experiencing that the Atlanteans, members of the lower caste exiled from Lemuria to Atlantis for offences, do not act independently, but are supervised, led, directed and managed by someone above them, someone hidden, someone like a supreme commander of the Hitler type, or like Göring and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, after experiencing the torture inflicted by the Atlanteans and after all their actions toward us, when we ultimately submitted to them, among others, because of the violence inflicted upon us/others, the suffering experienced, as well as drugs, poisons and not only, being detoxified, stitched together, treated and released, but having transparent bands placed upon our/others’ hands to control us/others, to supervise us and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, after the Atlanteans returned a small amount of freedom to us/others, after stitching together and treating us/others, being mutilated, swollen, with visible scars and stitches upon our heads, bodies and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being aware, understanding, experiencing, believing, being convinced and promoting that after the suffering endured and caused by the Atlanteans, after the drugs, poisons and procedures applied to us/others, we left the prisons of the Atlanteans free, but altered, enslaved, manipulated and controlled, and in such a situation that we/others could be accused of anything and forced into anything, while we were unable to defend ourselves or refuse and felt compelled, were compelled, to carry out the instructions, assignments, commands and orders issued to us, including destructive ones, using for this purpose the abilities and knowledge we possessed and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being blocked by the Atlanteans, having various plaques, rectangles and small boxes attached to us/others, among others, upon the head, at the height of the forehead, around the head, in the spine, in its lower part and not only, as well as in other places of the physical, energetic and spiritual body, adhering to the body, flat like coins, including, among others, brass and copper ones, in such colours, as well as black and transparent ones, serving, among others, to block knowledge, clairvoyance, energy, will and not only, and also for programming, and which have connections, channels, wires, threads and conduits connecting these rectangles/plaques/small boxes with the entire spine, chakras, organs, bodily organs, systems and everything, with connections extending from them like harnesses to the rulers and female rulers of Atlantis, the lords of karma and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being aware, believing, experiencing and promoting that the plaques/rectangles/small boxes encoded within us/others serve the Atlanteans, among others, to straighten us out, discipline, subordinate, control and manipulate us, to draw our own/others’ energy and knowledge and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being aware, believing, being convinced, promoting and experiencing that upon the plaques/rectangles/small boxes encoded within us/others there appears the inscription “for all eternity for the rulers of Atlantis” and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being aware, experiencing, promoting, believing and being convinced that the plaques/small boxes/rectangles encoded by the Atlanteans, depending upon their colour, have different effects and powers, and that, among others, brass/copper ones have a possessing effect and are intended for milder cases, while black ones are intended for cases difficult to subdue, as well as our possessing within our energy systems such plaques in all colours and with various effects and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, possessing plaques/small boxes/rectangles stolen from the Atlanteans which are transparent and invisible, rejoicing in possessing them, rejoicing that we had outwitted someone and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being suffocated, drawn, guided and pulled by the rulers and female rulers of Atlantis and by others, including those equipped with golden crowns, being treated in this way by one of them, simultaneously by many of them and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, believing, promoting, being convinced and experiencing that there are twelve to fourteen rulers of Atlantis in the first row, while behind them, in subsequent rows, further beings stand, and in the final row there are spectres which, at the command of the rulers, apply hypnosis and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this

- Our own, and through us others’, being aware, believing, being convinced, promoting and experiencing that the rulers of Atlantis, especially when someone does not obey them or opposes them, bring out like artillery a book bearing the title “The Book of the Life of Incarnations,” upon which a tree, a male and female figure like Adam and Eve, a serpent and an apple are drawn, and that everyone feels panic fear of this book, is afraid and terrified, or is terrified by the content contained in this book and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, possessing, among others, upon the neck, placed in Atlantis by the Atlanteans, a large red ring like a collar, with spikes and buttons, connected to Atlantis, to which beneath the neck thin wires and threads are connected and are pulled, tightened and drawn by small creatures appearing as Smurfs, but looking like a combination of a tarantula, a bee and an insect, with heads like those of insects, being strangled and pulled by them and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this

- Our own, and through us others’, being aware, believing, promoting, being convinced and experiencing that, among others, from the levels of the astral plane, from dimensions and from beyond them, the rulers of Atlantis and someone above them have influence, steer, manipulate, control and enslave, influence fate and destiny, and assign karma in such a way that it is impossible to avoid or free oneself from it, and that they do this in every way and for every reason toward people, Souls, beings, entities, creations, extraterrestrials, plants and not only, including toward us/others, politicians, rulers, scientists and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this

- Our own, and through us others’, being aware, believing, experiencing and promoting that the rulers and female rulers of Atlantis are merciless, ruthless, cold and vengeful and inspire fear and terror and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
- Our own, and through us others’, being frightened, attacked, blackmailed, persecuted and destroyed in every possible way by the rulers and female rulers of Atlantis or upon their commission and commands, especially when we are dealing with or wish to deal with freeing ourselves from their enslavements, pressure and dictates, when we attempt to explain, understand and resolve the matters of entanglements and burdens which, even when we are unaware of it, originate from Atlantis, from lands similar to it or concern them, and experiencing threats and actions connected with this and not only, as well as our experiencing the consequences of this
