Caste System in Professional Work. Prayer

Please, God, open my heart now.

I have forgiven all those who, within a narrow circle of the informed, agree on important matters in order to outwit others, to multiply their own wealth, and to add splendor to themselves. I have forgiven all those who, being among the initiated, accepted personal benefits solely for their own good. I have forgiven all those who apply a bloodless division of spoils — but only for the chosen and the anointed.

I am aware that caste divisions in work and in life did not arise overnight. I am aware that the caste system improves the well-being of those who are already doing very well. I have forgiven all those who, in their work and daily life, introduce and maintain the caste system and social divisions. I have forgiven all those who continue to reinforce the caste divisions they know through granting privileges at their discretion, and through drugs or money. I have forgiven all those who do not admit into their caste beings from another group, another race, or another environment.
