The word (–not) added when working with intentions to a given word means that it is worth mentioning it as its opposite, or even independently during the process finding and speaking any synonyms that come to mind together with their opposites.
For example — being idolaters
it is good to say also its opposite:
–being idolaters, –not being idolaters
This allows one to immediately move a given pattern as broadly as possible in different aspects, also in its opposite. It is worth knowing that Souls often think or claim that they do not have such opposite patterns, for example that they are not idolaters in a given case (given word).
Another example:
The Soul of a woman standing in light, revealing garments with flowers in her hair. She bears the mark of a “night butterfly” on her shoulder and denies being a prostitute. Therefore, adding the word of negation – not being a prostitute – may allow her to understand the state she is in.
Being a prostitute, –not being a prostitute–
“Of course not, never in my life! Those are not my patterns. What I do is my private matter, not prostitution.” [The Soul says or thinks this about itself.]

“I have always conducted lively conversations in my thoughts with myself. At least that’s what I think—or maybe my Soul was speaking with me. Actually, why do prayers have to be spoken aloud? Does my Soul or God not hear my thoughts? And if in the past most of my conversations with God or prayers were in my thoughts, did they go into the void?”
Sławomir Majda:
“I described prayers directed into the void; they can be seen like clusters of ‘grapes’ of thoughts suspended around the seventh chakra. Nothing will ever come of them. The Soul hears, but may receive thoughts as… thoughts, not as your decisions. And even more so God. When you speak, you give words the form of a document, in the sense: <this is now so and I acknowledge it, and I want it to become so…> After gaining practice, conversations can be conducted in thoughts, but prayers I advise to ‘think’ only incidentally. God is literal. It is worth remembering that it often happens that someone received something as a gift when they merely thought about it, and later only complains about everyone around, including God.”
