Release from Suffering – Part II (Prayer)
Please, God, open my heart.
Free me now, God, from self-blame and from punishing myself for having limited Your ability to express and manifest through me. I now forgive myself for placing within my heart energetic images and concepts of gods, spirits, demons, and infernal beings. Free me, with Your love, from all illusions and misconceptions about You and the world that are still encoded in my heart, soul, and mind. From now on, I allow You, God, to express Yourself through me easily, freely, and positively.
Free me now, God, from all my inner fears and resistances that limit my spiritual growth and my ability to move forward with ease. Free me from the belief that I am separated from You—from divine abundance, divine prosperity, divine health, and divine love.
Free me from the belief that I cannot hear Your voice within me. Free me from the belief that I do not experience—and cannot experience—Your love, divine abundance, fulfillment, and joy. Free me now, God, with Your love, from the belief that You do not hear me and do not understand me.
With Your love, God, transform me, my life, and my existence so that they are fully aligned with Your plan, Your will, and Your thought.
Free me now from my intentions, habits, and the notion that I must approach You through suffering—on my knees, through crawling or humiliation. Teach me, God, and show me through Your love how I can best come to You—with love, joy, ease, without pain, without suffering, without poverty, without illness.
Teach me, God, and show me how I can move toward You upright, with dignity, with my head joyfully held high.
Teach me, God, how I can freely feel and express awareness of You within me. Manifesting unlimited divine consciousness, divine love, and divine abundance within me is my goal and my desire. Show me now how I can achieve and realize Your love and the awareness of You within me.

I accidentally found a Polish translation of a book about Edgar Cayce, by Herbert Puryear, “Choose Life” (the English title is quite different). It’s an overview of the philosophy taught by Cayce. Although I’m not an expert in English, I noticed a few points in the Polish translation that can be interpreted differently than in the original.
For example, the qualities through which the soul develops on Earth were listed as: patience, humility, long-lasting suffering… Someone might conclude that by suffering we gain a lot. But the word “longsuffering” (literally “long suffering”) actually means endurance—the ability to bear pain and misfortune patiently, without complaining.

That’s how he saw it. In my opinion, it’s more of a test for the soul and personality—to see what one does with experienced pain. When the burden becomes overwhelming, will the person say: “God, take this from me, maybe I created it myself”, or will they curse everyone around them, including God, as the cause of their suffering?
Divine law, according to Cayce, is based among other things on equal treatment of all by God, in line with the rule: “what I sow, I now reap.”

Someone wrote:
“The story of Mother Teresa has been described in detail before.
Her main practice was to collect dying people from the streets of Calcutta and baptize them before death so they would die as Catholics and have a chance for salvation.”
This is not true. Mother Teresa always respected the religions of the people she helped. She did not baptize anyone by force, and she helped Christians, Hindus, and Muslims regardless of their religion.
The issue with Mother Teresa was rather that she glorified suffering. Even though she had financial means, she did not take actions that could reduce suffering—ideas to modernize her shelters were rejected because it would provide too much comfort to those who were suffering.
