“This Is Too Difficult for Me”

“This is too difficult for me” — I sometimes hear from acquaintances who are working on freeing themselves from some limitation or illness. At first, I would just smile at such statements. Later, I began to feel great astonishment at what seemed like a kind of collective helplessness. What is actually so difficult about it? All it takes is to dedicate hours of your own work, and you will see the results. The difficulty lies in the absence of a fairy or magician who could wave a wand and create the desired changes.

The difficulty lies in the independent work we must do with our own Soul. After all, no one will cry out Wojtek’s need to punish himself on his behalf. No one will process for Ewa the consequences of her experiences in sexuality.

If we know what limitations or blockages we have—whether in matter or in energy—how can it be difficult to turn to the Creator and ask for the removal of those entanglements?
We know the techniques of release, and we possess a flexible language through which we can describe our own entanglements.

What should a woman with 25 years of marriage do if she complains about dissatisfaction in her sex life? She could cheat on her husband and look for a skilled “educator.”
Or she could, day by day, heal her own and her Soul’s beliefs about female sexuality. Which path would be best for her, which ethical, and which the most difficult? Only the second one—the one that brings understanding. And this is where the real difficulty lies: in forgiving oneself and one’s Soul for past mistakes. Because saying “I forgive” to oneself or others does not always come easily.

The difficulty lies in the fact that not so much people, but human Souls, want things to remain as they are. From their perspective, dying from cancer or HIV has its advantages, and even with the suffering experienced by the personality on Earth, Souls will soon receive new bodies after death. So why should they strive, make an effort, or heal?

However, when the personality says clearly and firmly: “ENOUGH,” it motivates the Soul to change its intentions—and then nothing is “too difficult.”

Recently, a friend had six vertebrae in her spine realigned—something that had been misaligned her entire life. Similar spinal deformities exist in her family, and yet these patterns, blockages, and limitations were removed. Although I have seen people freed from cancer, this straightened spine is, for me, the greatest proof of the effectiveness of such work and of the possibilities that come from trusting surrender to God.

I have noticed that people under strong pressure from their Soul, and without a clear life purpose, tend to say in such situations: “This is too difficult for me” and “It cannot be changed.”

“There are no determinants in development. Everything can always be changed,” a friend once said. After some time, however, his Soul, instead of moving toward Enlightenment, began preparing for another incarnation. Such an attitude is not easy to change in a person who does not give love to themselves or to others.

My friend cannot break through the will of his Soul and its desire to keep indulging itself.

He does not love himself now.
He does not love small children or older children.
He does not love a woman or women.
He does not love anyone.
